Im a runner. Ive been struggling as of late so I stopped trying to outdo my times and distances and maintain my routine.
Things have changed quite a bit in my house as of late so my routine is adjusting. I usually hit the trail 3-5x a week and run 3 miles on a trail near the house.
What makes or breaks a running career are poor shoes. I bought some NB and they were HORRIBLE! they hurt my feet, had no give at all and I changed the soles out 3x. I had blisters on my toes and arches. I finally took them back (Just For Feet) and had someone really help me find something suitable for my feet.
Ended up with Nike Max air and from the moment I put them on, I noticed 100% difference.
My last event was the 10k MS walk. Ive not signed up for a run as of yet but maybe one day

PS: Running went hand in hand in loosing my 78lbs
