Well, The National Enquirer also endorsed Trump! So there you go. Adele, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lopez, Kerry Washington, Elizabeth Banks, Julia Roberts, George Clooney, the cast of Hamilton, and a whole heap of other celebrities have not only endorsed Hillary Clinton but invested their energy and creative talents into supporting her.

I'm more impressed by the endorsements from people who have a depth of experience to understand the duties of the office (like former President Jimmy Carter, who endorsed Clinton) and by professional journalists who've actively covered the news:

In our liberal democracy everyone (even non-Americans) has the right to voice their opinion about our politicians, but I wonder if I am naive to think these sorts of endorsements don't play a significant role in influencing the electorate.
