These 10 Kings arise out of the Fourth Beast, just like the Little Horn, so they arise out of the footprint of the Old Roman Empire. Not the U.N. or anything global.Here's some comfort to those fretting over the Mark of the Beast.
The first SIGN I have found that needs to happen is the appearance of 10 KINGS that rule over a global government. As far as I can tell - NOTHING can happen until these 10 KINGS are in place ruling over the whole earth. Here's the scripture:
Daniel 7
24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
This scripture is describing the rise of the Anti-Christ and we see that there are first 10 Kings ruling prior to the Anti-Christ taking over. These 10 Kings are described as 10 horns on the Beast, they are all serving the final Beast Kingdom. In today's world I see this as being something like the United Nations having 10 world leaders ruling over the 10 regions of the earth. This would be some time in the future when the United Nations has become even more established and more powerful. This is what I am looking out for - the United Nations changing its structure to 10 Permanent Members - and this is indeed on the UN agenda. They are also setting up a UN parliament right now - so I see the United Nations as being the Beast Empire of Daniel and Revelations. The Mark of the Beast come AFTER the Anti-Christ is revealed and conquers 3 of the 10 Kings. As far as I can tell it will be like a nation somewhere on the earth will have a leader arise and go to war against 3 of the 10 Kings. This will be the Anti-Christ and he will conquer the 3 Kings. This will give him power over the United Nations, he will become the leader of the United Nations and take it over. Then he will set up his image in the temple in Jerusalem and go to war against the saints full force with the Mark of the Beast.
If you consider that 10 Kings are first needed to be in place and look at the geopolitical world right now - you can see it's probably gonna be a while yet until all this starts...... but of course not too far away.

I was already somewhat familiar with the first Jewish Revolt and its parallels to the book of Revelation. These videos reminded me of a couple things, like the Romans burning up the trees and vegetation around the city, reminiscent of Revelation 8:7.Glad you brought that up...........

"romans" occurs 6 times in 6 verses in the NKJV.
Little did they know that 40yrs later, it would become reality........
John 11:48
If-ever we should be letting Him thus, all shall be believing into Him and shall be coming<ἐλεύσονται 2064> the Romans
and they shall be taking away of Us and the Place and the Nation.
48 ἐὰν ἀφῶμεν αὐτὸν οὕτως, πάντες πιστεύσουσιν εἰς αὐτόν, καὶ ἐλεύσονται οἱ Ῥωμαῖοι
καὶ ἀροῦσιν ἡμῶν καὶ τὸν τόπον καὶ τὸ ἔθνος.
I decided to look up where the exact form of #2064 was used and behold!
The famous 70ad Jerusalem/Temple Discourse.
Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke's Temple/Jerusalem Discourses harmonized
Luk 21:6 -
“These things which you see—the days shall be coming/<ἐλεύσονται 2064> in which not one stone shall be left upon another that shall not be thrown down.”
That makes Revelation 6:6 look more and more like 70ad Jerusalem and Rome.......

But woe to those that are with child, and those that give suck in those days.
Mark 13:17
But woe to those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days!
Luke 21:23
But woe to them that are with child and to them who give suck in those days,
for there shall be great distress upon the land and wrath upon this people.
This denotes the famine that came upon 70ad Jerusalem during the siege:
