Heard on one a health segment on one of the early morning network shows. It was quite some time ago. Actually, they said it would be better for people of smaller stature to do their running on tread mills as the impact on the spine would be considerably less than running on pavement.

That is very interesting. I never knew that. I knew running on treadmills is easier on the body than running on pavement, but I didn't know height made a difference.

Hehe, I prefer tea or milk. Or maybe fruit juice. But usually I just drink water when I'm thirsty. Nothing else quenches my thirst as well as water does.
