Just checked its 2500 posts I can get my next Job .

Silvio basically at 100 posts You can have the first job and You get paid blessings which are used on pets and such

at 1k you change jobs and work your way through them.

yup - you used to be able to give Blessings to people - sort of reward for a good post , or just as a present - that's not working now and in fact has not worked for a long time

Changed my Avi pic thought will use the one from Growing together thanks to Inzl over there got a fantastic finish to the picture I made.

Yep I have i created the main pic i found a good union jack pic placed it on paint.net a picture making software.

Then found the rings and overlayed them on top then went to cooltext.com and found a style and colour and wrote in greatbritain.

downloaded that text and added that on top after resizing the pic to the forum allowed size

Inzl added the glitter to the text and the rest of the picture to make the text look animated.
