Here's a "word" for everyone asking for a word:
You are treading on dangerous ground. I told the same thing to another user on this same thread. If you're looking for God to speak, turn on TBN or Christian radio...or read your bible or pray...all are valid. If you desire a word too much, you give place to the Devil to manipulate and deceive you.
Trust God! He will do what He said He would do! Confirmation comes as He wills, not as you lust for it! Trust Him! He has not given up on you. No, it's not gonna happen that way. God will intervene. Yes, it WAS God speaking to you. No, He doesn't lie!

It's true that we shouldn't always be looking for a word...but for those people who genuinely are getting a word from God for someone i don't think there's anything wrong with giving it...its a valid way of hearing from God...i doubt any of these people here totally depend on CF to hear from God...God speaks in many ways...but i do think that people can practice their gifts here so that they can be more confident to use them in the future! so...be encouraged all of you and don't ever shy away from the giver of the gifts blessings!!

Sometimes I feel a special feeling annointing me to speak to someone. It has been rare - a few times, but the effects were powerful.
I don't think prophetic gifts are for turning on and off like tongues seem to be for others. I don't have that gift.

I seen a prophetic tear roll down my daughters cheek and it spoke to me of Love and sacrifice, of understanding and compassion, of kindness and wisdom far past her young age.
That tear told me that she suddenly understood what it meant to be a servent, to be a deciple, a reflection of Jesus Christ.
The tear spoke that she knew that we must Love even those who have persecuted us and been unkind to us. That we must strive to Love all even knowing they will come back against us even when we have Loved them. The tear spoke of understanding Love does not Love seeking Love in return, but Loving because thats who we are and what is found within us.
A tear that held growth within itself, silent of words but speaks with great and wonderful wisdom.
A tear a parent longs to see, a tear Christ carries within His hand, a tear that has spoke to me.

The fingers of the flesh through which the Spirit flows. Has touched your heart and watched you grow.
At first like a flower not yet in bloom standing tall and ready to show your beauty at a moments notice as your pedals open your heart is exposed.
Revealing a rare yet wonderous flower among a garden of thorns.
I walk each day with my eyes and my fingers and i see your beauty and stricken by your charm..
Your pedals poured upon a page sharing your aroma to all willing to slow down enough to take notice and see what i see.

Within an angels wing is found many feathers some are ruffled and some are torn yet beside the ruffled and beside the torn are found feathers untouched and yet one feather is not independent of itself, each are needed, the torn, the ruffled and the smooth each serving a purpose greater than itself. some days we are torn and some days we are ruffled and some days are smooth and yet in our heart we must know our purpose is greater than the condition of ourself for are purpose is to serve as one, not one feather, but as one wing of an angel. may the Love of Christ be carried by many no matter what condition we may find ourself in from time to time.

Walk outdoors and pull a handful of grass thats fresh and green and bring it in and lay it on your dresser and forget about it for a couple of days [ yes really do this ] what you will see is that which was green and full of life has turned brown and become brittle.
our flesh is much as the grass you have layed on the dresser our flesh is but for a moment, a twinkle of Gods eye.
Enjoy your spirit for it will last forever grow and develope that which will never die, your spirit will grow by scripture by Love by compassion and kindness by Loving others by Loving God concentrate your time on that which will grow your spirit because your flesh is like the grass found on your dresser, for its only for a moment a twinkle of Gods eye.
Time wasted in the desires of the flesh is time that could have been spent with our Lord growing that which you will always have your spirit.

Knownbeforetime whos smile once filled the plains whos laughter now fills the canyons as the water rushes near. How can a word be given to one whos life so many hold dear. Your there with a hand to raise and to help and never ask for little if anything for yourself . I would have to search long and far for a word for the daughter of God. Whos smile makes the mountian trees a little greener and whos laughter fills the air. Who once stood on the plains and pulled her wagon around, now reaches her same hands to those in need of help. a word from God you say !! I believe He would say !! Keep your smile on !!
