Praying for God to intercede and give favor in a situation with Uhaul company. I accidentally scrapped the side of the Uhaul when parking it, which I had full insurance from their company and they are saying because it is 3 feet from the top that its considered the roof and not covered by insurance. (which is not in the paperwork at all) I have reached out to two of the managers for them to relook into it as now they said I owe over $2,000 but they are not replying to my email. I asked them for a lower qoute or for the insurance policy to be relooked at.
