I pray for you, that your anxiety will fade away as you draw close to the Father, reading these Bible verses and staying in his presence. May the Lord make himself very real to you today, in Jesus name

The feelings are so untrustworthy,
read the Word of God out loud and put your faith and trust in them.
Memorise the verses and let them sooth your soul.

I also pray and read while I'm burning a lavender scented candle.

Lavender is soothing to me.

As someone who's life has been affected - directly and indirectly - by mental health conditions, I appreciate this thread

Please pray for my little brother (has autistic characteristics) and cousin (has autism) to improve socially and academically.

Praise God that Autisim, which hit two family members, missed me. I am grateful for His mercy

Please know that you can get through these tough-er holidays. One foot in front of the other... don't believe the hype that "everyone" is so happy right now when you aren't... nope... try to believe that you won't always feel so low, and you "just" need to get through to after January 1st and you'll feel a bit better.... you haven't always been depressed, and you will not be in the future.

By the dominion of Jesus, the Supreme Physician, I pray that all and every psychological illnesses shall be healed for the sake of saving their life from destruction. It is not within You will to suffer the righteous and the lost to undergo suffering when You bore it on Mt. Calvary to afford us liberty from it forever by its atoning power. If the Adversary (Ha-Satan) persecutes us for the faults of the past, may Your vindication be presented in the celestial courtroom to put an end to him working punishment for naught. We are cleansed by Your blood in our cardiovascular system, we are nursed by your body in our constitution -- both of which maintains our wholeness just like You promised us. Thus, the mind is no manner excluded from the total restoration to ensure they may not have problems that may be contributing to brain malfunctions. Your desire is that we save a life, never suffer a man to destroy itself, so that those that will recover from impaired judgment will continue living without committing suicide in their desperation. When they are set at liberty from their hurts and unhappiness, may the cured ones worship You as the Supreme Physician that you in gratefulness. Thank you for being there to treat the peoples without a cost out of Your grace. Ah'men.
