Thanks for letting us know kaykay; I'll pray for Fran. Continuing to pray for you angelwind, that you may feel His loving arms holding and healing you and helping you in your situation. for other requests too.

Thank you for your prayers for me . It has been a very frigtening day today, and I think the memory of being a crying baby without any maternal comfort (pre-adoption) has returned. Also I feel like someone is holding me by the feet and swinging me into a brick wall. Satan is probably playing on this, but I think there are deep psychological issues too. I'm also deeply upset about those who will be separated from God eternally. I long for my Mum, and hope she is saved, but don't know for sure. Angelwind what you prayed about trusting Him in pain is so true. I find it so hard to see what is God and what is not. I suffered a lot when Mum died, and thought God was angry with me for not doing better. Maybe He actually felt compassion for me, and I've seen Him as harsh when He isn't. I'd really appreciate prayers about that, and could I ask for prayer for my cousin's salvation please? Thank you all very much. At times I'm better PTL, and at times back into the neurosis.

Please pray for Linda she is in ICU with extreme lung congestion secondary to Cancer. She is to have the fluid drained and she needs our prayers. I believe she is Catholic but not sure about her personal committment. She was a vice principal at the school where I work several years ago then she retired. She is a wonderful lady. Jan

I would also like to pray for my son whose BP readings have been in the high ranges. He is only 32 but is quite obese so that is a factor I think also he had quite a bad migraine and has been eating a lot of sugar lately. However he is leaving for Israel for 4 month in less than a month so I am concerned about him and would like to see it resolved before he has to fly as that adds to the stress. (Actually he will be stopping in England for 2 weeks at first). Jan

Just wanted to thank those of you who have left lovely comments with the reps! It is good to be part of GE.

If any of you have time, would you please pray for our situation.
Neither of us have jobs at the moment, and my two youngest sons still live with us and THEY don't have jobs...my one son has done a forklift training course, and my oither son has had a lot of difficulty as he had to go to a special schoolbecause of hearing problems..it's not that he CAN@T hear, but his ears aren't perfect, and so he's ahd difficulties educationally..reading, spelling etc. which of course has a knock-on effect.
My husband was in a car accident over a year ago, and if he does anything too much, it has an impact on him...he's got to go to the docs to get another steroid injection. Some of the jobs he could do wouild be too much for him at the moment, and the other job he had would take quite a bit of getting back into...even if there were any available, which there don't seem to be.
There's more ins and outs to everything than jus this...I just don't know how to pray for the best....so if anyone cares to pray for well, ALL my family, and for everything to work out for the best for all of us, I'd be very grateful.

Oh by the way, I've just started a maths and computer course...thought if I could use a computer properly, it might help me in getting a job.

Really, it could do with at least two of us getting a job at the same time, or pref ALL of us.
It also really worries me for my kids .. I don't want them ending up on the scrapheap.

AS I said there are other issues as well, but I don't reallly want to detail those.

It's been gettingnharder and harder stay positive (and I'm sure a lot of other people have far worse problems than me, so in a way, I can't complain).
It's always worse when theirs loads of different things, and some of them intertwined.

If there's just ONE problem, I think it's kind of easier to deal with. But sometimes one just gets overloaded.

Praying for your situation and your family Tansy . I know it's horrible when several things hit you at once. Sounds like Satan is having a go at you. Claim the scripture promises, and feel our love and support too .

Yes, I've sometimes seen jobs and think I coould do that ornthat would be interesting, but then they say you have knowledge of using computers (I only know how to send emails and search the web, basically, so it might help.

It really makes a difference when people pray, thanks again.

It must be very stressful for you being the only female in the mix as well I am sure you do the lions share of the household chores. At least that is how it is in my home. I still have 3 sons at home but PTL my husband and two are working and the third is disabled and on a small pension and cared for during the day. I am blessed. I will certainly pray for God's very best for you and for patience and peace as you wait for the fulfillment of His perfect plan. I have always loved this verse it may speak to your heart as well.

Jer 29:11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

PS you may want to claim this verse for your boys. God doesn't want them on the scrap heap either.
