Prayer requests

I was going to pop in and ask for prayer for depression as well, but it has lessened measurably, and I cannot help but agree that it seems more likely to be oppression. Praying for those afflicted by the same, and the other requests as well . . especially Dave with his surgery today? (I don't see him posting, I hope he's merely resting!)

I pray that God will help us all to feel His loving arms around us, and we take authority against Satan in the name of Jesus, and ask God to fill us with healing and wholeness .

John 3:1-2

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.

Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

I thought these verses were good for the day before Valentine's day...they were in my Spurgeon devotional this morning.

All of us who are in Christ are children of God...Now...we are not orphans, we belong to Someone, we have a Father...a Father who wants us...we are accepted in the Beloved...He made us so by His grace, just because He wanted to...and who can argue with God???...

Lord I pray that Your children would be able to hear and receive this truth more and more ... cause it to bear much fruit in our lives...drawing us closer and closer to You in fellowship and giving us strength and joy to share You with others.

I just want to let you know that my Uncle Paul is recovering slowing in hospital. He has a long way to go and must get strength back just to walk. He was in hospital for another surgery when the aneurysm ruptured otherwise he would be dead. He is most thankful to God for being spared. Please continue to pray that discouragement NOT over power him is his road to rehabilitation. Thanks Jan

Lord we pray for Sue's friends you know their needs but God I specifically ask that you would give wisdom, encouragement, sustenance of body,soul and spirit and and an assurance of your continual presence with them in their times of difficulty. Lord I also want to pray for my pastor and ask Lord that you only would direct his steps and encourage his heart. AMEN

Also, wanted to thank those of you who prayed for my husband's job. One small praise~ they have had some small jobs come in! They need more but before that, nothing had been coming in. Please continue to pray for them!

Father, hold Uncle Paul close to your heart during this close brush with death, and speak tenderly to his heart as you inspire others to speak wisdom, encouragement and healing to him . .

And for Sue's friends, I pray that you would give them inexplicable peace and courage to brace them through the days ahead. Raise up intercessors who would pray for them when they need it most.

I add my praise to KayKay's where her husband's job is concerned, and pray that you would help them find even more work to do . . or meet their needs in whichever way you see fit. May we all have your eyes to see our lives with your creativity, and remember that you often answer in ways we do not expect.

Hello friends...I have been having a lot more fatigue lately...and a lot more pain from arthritis...I think I'm worn out with praying for the mites to pray for my other problems...LOL...

Then I read of others going thru much worse...I pray the Lord will strengthen all of us, in everyway to endure to the end...in the faith...strengthen us...many to even receive miracles at His hand. In Jesus name...Amen.
