Prayer requests

Eternal Father Hear our prayers
on behalf of all who are abused:

For children,
who suffer at the hands
of parents whom they trust and love;
for spouses,
beaten and destroyed
by the very one
who promised to love
and to cherish them forever;
for all people
ignored, hated and cheated.
by the very neighbor
who could be the closest one
to offer love.

Hear the cry of the oppressed.
Let the fire of your Spirit fill their hearts
with the power of vision, and hope.
Grant to them empowerment to act,
that they may not be passive victims
of violence and hatred.
Fulfill for them the promises you have made,
that their lives may be transformed
and their oppression ended.

Turn the hearts of the oppressors unto you
that their living may be changed
by your forgiving love;
and their abusive actions
and oppressive ways brought to an end.

Amen.

awaiting the process of, her clean-up schedule to pass
and said:

"I think I will phone Joyce,
and accept her offer to drive ' us '
to the dog rescue centre, where,
' we ' can see if, there is a dog there,
that ' we ' would like to offer to rehome"

"It won't be long, yeah, yeah, yeah....."

Today is my 25th wedding anniversary. I am requesting a prayer for thanksgiving and praise to God for a blessed 25 years with a wonderful Christian man. We truly have been blessed!

Thanks Bro'
As I said elsewhere; on Max's passing

It wasnt entirely 'unexpected'
as we had been watching, his, reducing mobility
and as he slept, upon the upper landing
were always fearful,
that he would fall upon the stairs [in either direction]




Thank you for your support Bro'

We do, still, have Rolo, now aged 13 years
amd nothing prohibits, our 'rescuing' another dog
[or two] from local dog rescue centres

We do, also, have plenty of, love in us
and could continue, giving loving care
to, yet-another 'deprived' and homeless canine buddy

Yes, there is no shortage of love, it is just that sometimes the distribution is out of wack! When we are on God's side we will always still so much more left to give! He truly is an awesome God! Glory to His name!

My very good friend is in the hospital. She went to the emergency room on Sunday and is in ICU. If you are moved to do so please say a prayer that they discover what is wrong and she is home with her family soon. Thank-you, Keep
