Since my illness I fatigue easily mentally and physically, and panic can set in quickly as it did today, because I was not sustained by prayer.
The Lord in His mercy, has made quick order of things, and renewed me in body, mind, and spirit.
Dave's posts were very poignant and beneficial for meditation today, as I spent time with the Lord.
Thank you all for your prayers
I have been renewed in God's love, and once again have set prayer time as priority before recreation

I haven't been online for a few days, but my GE friends are on my prayer list, and I'm praying for Beth too , Glad to see that there have been answers to prayer .

I'd appreciate prayers for my bad back. Most of the time it's okay, but it comes on every time I vacuum. This week it's particularly bad (especially as I had to lug a TV around yesterday!) and I don't know how I'll manage with cleaning, shopping etc if it doesn't heal. Thank you. I want to praise God for His provision too, in another area of life .

I know how frustrating it can be with so much to do and our body's refusing to cooperate. it is always a hard lesson for me to learn, relax and trust God to do the healing. Hope the healing comes quickly but if it doesn't I pray God's peace about it will flood your soul and you will find the time of 'resting physically and spiritually in God' to be productive. My mother in law is coming home tomorrow and then going to assisted living and taking her dog back; some answered prayers there for sure!

I could use some prayer myself tonight. Down with the back again. Been to my very good chiropractor, but that didn't do much that I can tell...at least not yet. Downed Advil and put ice pack on. Still cripping around and at this point, will not be going in to work tomorrow. Thanks.

I don't know
but I am hearing so many stories of Christians going through just horrible trials right now. I know a lot has to do with the present financial climate due to recession. But I believe that there is more to it than that. I think Satan is trying to sift us.
I think we should take time to pray for all believers right now that the God of all comfort and the Lord our rock will sustain and encourage us and give us strength and faith and courage to continue to stand for what is right and to continue to honour the Lord even in the trials. Jan

Praying for a strengthened back kay kay. Sometimes adjustments do not work immediately just find something relaxing to do while you have the time away from work. Don't FRET. God is in control. Jan
