Prayers for my mom, who is undergoing expensive (and probably futile, imo) treatment in Mexico. That she might recover and return to worshipping Christ as Lord, that she might find the deceit of Islam insufficient. And for us. I came close to a complete breakdown last week, working two full-time jobs that don’t pay enough, and the financial struggle is real. My entire life seems so surreal right now. Got a message from an acquaintance back in Russia denouncing and cursing me as “a traitor” to both America and Russia. He was no doubt drunk, but it was unpleasant, nevertheless.

He's not been 100% fit for a few weeks , had Covid earlier in the campaign .

Just heard this evening that he has flu and is unlikely to be fit enough to serve Liturgy on Sunday
