I agree that life is fragile, which is why it is so important to know the Lord then whatever happens we are safe with Him for eternity. He paid such a high price for our salvation. To be brief, I spent hours today dealing with shortness of breath and dizziness and a blood draw revealed my d-dimer level was elevated. It was determined I probably had a blood clot and needed to go to the er, so an ambulance came to the nursing home and got me.
I am so tired of this. My friend came from church and I wrote out my will and gave it to her as well as made her my power of attorney.
She is one these church ladies I've talked about at this new church I'm now going to who are so lovingly taking care of others in the community.
She gave me an angel she had made herself from jewelry smithing and beads and placed it onto my shirt for angelic protection and off I went to the er.
I am ok for now, but it can all change in an instant-life is fragile and we need to appreciate it.
Unreal, scary day. Should make Easter Sunday all the more special!
I agree with what you posted above about repentance and serving others, but may I just add something? It's that His love flows into our lives, and it never stops. If we give to others we don't have less because His love keeps on flowing. We are always in His care and we are infinitely precious to Him.
May He keep you in His love this Eastertide, dear spice, and bring you through this very trying time. Continued prayers for your healing, my sister, and for the peace of God which passes all understanding.
