((Okay, sorry for being nowhere guys...I tried to post here twice and my 'puter froze both times. Roar. So I'm going to try it again. Currently, Jenny was home sick from school, but I'm going to try and get her to the park. Rachel goes post secondary to a local community college and works full-time at what I'm vaguely referring to as a sort of family-owned grocery store of sorts. Really vaguely referring to I guess.

Anyways, time to post!))
Jenny finished her lunch without much more conversation. Her mom had gone off to do some housework, and the bird had flown off the window. She made her way upstairs into the bathroom before her mom started the laundry.
"I suppose I could take a shortcut through the park on my way to get my homework and stuff," Jenny smiled a little at her idea as she stpped into the shower.
Opening up her closet, she pondered over what to wear. since she wasn't going to school at all today, she wouldn't have to be so strict on what she wore. Finally she chose a black dress with ruffles on the wrists of the sleeves. She grabbed a pair of black tights and a pair of chunky black shoes. After getting dressed, she found a couple of accessories with purple on them to break up her mostly black outfit. Brushing through her silvery blonde hair, she decided to leave it down today, falling down her back. She put on her makeup, consisting mostly of eyeliner and mascara, and making her deep green eyes pop. Jenny loved her green eyes.
After grabbing her black messenger bag, personally decorated, she headed back down the stairs and called out a goodbye to her mom, who replied with something unintelligible over both the washing machine and the dishwasher.
Jenny took off down the sidewalk. She had a car that shared with her mom, but she definitely preferred walking everywhere. One of the reasons she loved living on the edge of town. The townhouse she lived in with her parents was close enough that everything was within walking distance, but it was on the edge enough that it didn't feel overtly like they were living in town.
Jenny((without the hat)) smirked at the looks she received as she walked. Small children pointing and adults whispering. Nothing new. Her friend Grace, who she was going to see, wore a pair of silverish-grey wings she made herself whenever she wasn't in school. Sometimes it actually seemed like they were attached to her back. They were in high school, why not experiment with clothing and style? Besides, people called her a witch anyways because she said she could talk to animals and such, why not dress in black too? They lived in Salem anyways.
She finally arrived at the park and almost immediately noticed a few people from school were there. she walked over to a short wall and sat down, leaning against it. She pulled her cell phone out of her bag and flipped it open, quickly texting Grace to meet her there. Closing the phone and putting it back into her bag, she pulled out a manga and began reading it as she waited.

"Shoot, I'm going to get done with this early,"
Rachel((with a thin jacket/hoodie thing on)) said to herself as she lifted another box up onto the shelf. Kevin had come to work inventory as well, so they were getting things done fast.
"We kept slacking off too," Kevin laughed, stacking some more totes next to the loading door, which they had opened since it was so nice out now, "I thought for sure we'd wasted enough time!"
Rachel laughed and threw a random bag of marshmallows at him. "Dang it! They didn't break open!" she said as he laughed and tossed them back to her, "They looked really good too!"
Both Rachel and kevin laughed as they kept wokring, reminding each other to slow down so they didn't get another project to work on.
