CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't know if I have a recipe! I whipped it up from scratch, but I think I followed a recipe once a long time ago and subconsciously based it off of it.Looks delicious! Can I have the recipe? Lol
I made pasta and then added different veggies like peas, cucumbers, celery, green onions, lightly steamed carrots, and green olives, but I am sure you can add other veggies too!! To make it creamy I made a mixture of mayo with coconut milk, celery seeds, salt and a very tiny amount of vinegar and sweetener to mix with the pasta and veggies. I added some vegan cheese too. I think that's it.

When I was a kid I slowed a lot ...... into my 20s. A slow is a special diet when you go to a buffet and gobble up as many plates of food as you can till your innie belly button turns into an outie or you hurt badly for every speed bump in the parking lot there is it feels like your appendix is trying to move into a new neighborhood.
