@angelsaroundme I was pleased with the RE4 remake overall. It's just as good as the original, in my opinion, as it did some things even better, and neglected others. I highly recommend it.

@SarahsKnight The worst part about finishing Resident Evil 4 Remake is no more Ashley. Not only is the character designed cute, but the interactions make her really endearing, like how she checks up on Leon and calls herself the master of unlocking. I've seen people say in the original she was someone you have to protect, while, in the remake, she is someone you want to protect. That's a good way to put it. Probably the most crush worthy female game character in a while. Voice actress did great with her. ^-^

The whole Chandelier part is great. Leon telling her not to copy him and her, "As if!" The line delivery makes it more memorable. It's the little exchanges like that which develop their relationship.

I love the quips in this game. One of my favorites is Leon telling the chainsaw sisters trying to kill him "I'm flattered, but I'm a one lady type of guy". It works in two ways because in the Remake he doesn't flirt with Ada or Hunnigan, he's only focused on Ashley.

This phot was NOT taken by me. It is the USAF Thunderbirds and a bolt of lightning. The Thunderbirds were flying over Colorado Springs for the graduation ceremony at the Air Force Academy.

Took my grocery errand bicycle for a 70 mile ride from the middle of the city to the mountains to buy some fruits and grabbed some pictures.

The 2nd picture shows what looks like fog below the mountains, they're actually smog from the city. Gave me sore red eyes by the time I got home in the city.

70 miles won't even cross a state if you live in the middle of it! I only get into another province and back out each time.

I do it within a 12 hr fasting window, no food and no water each Saturday. It's more of a spiritual journey than anything else. To feed my dying soul.

On my way to Winfield, @Sif!

Winfield is a nicely preserved ghost town. It is at the end of Chaffee County Road 390, about 12 or so miles past Clear Creek Reservoir. A few houses are still used (as vacation laces) by some. About halfway to Winfield past the reservoir is the ghost town of Vicksburg (settled in 1863 by refugees from Vicksburg, Mississippi after that city fell to Union forces in the Civil War).

Winfield actually had permanent residents and mail delivered until about the time of the First World War. At its height Winfield boasted two schools and three hotels and saloons.

Below is an image of the town. I believe the mountain ridge in the background is part of a group of mountains call The Three Apostles.
