Please pray for my wife's colonoscopy and endoscopy

My wife Linda has a colonoscopy and endoscopy scheduled this coming Friday. The toilet bowl was filled with a considerable amount of blood last night and this morning after she defecated. She also has a slight sore throat and mistakenly took an iron pill after she was to stop. She is concerned that the procedure may need to be rescheduled . She is very nervous. She also has been connected with the Jehovah's Witnesses and would refuse a blood transfusion.

Tell her not to be fearful of the procedure. It doesn't cause pain and the results probably won't be immediate.

I've had two endoscopies. The first one caused me to gag and vomit (I have a sensitive gag reflex). But I was put to sleep for the second one.

Both the colonoscopy and endoscopy went well. Nothing was found. The doctor felt the bleeding was probably due to hemorhoids. Thank you for your prayers. My wife noted that her front tooth was chipped after she came home. A device was inserted in her mouth for the endoscopy and she wonders if as a result her tooth was chipped.

Stomach ulcers? Ulcers in the intestines caused by stress? This can happen. What, if anything, in her life could be causing stress?

i will pray. i had something similar and it was just an infection. something i ate i think.
