But you used the present tense about other habitable (wait, no, actually "has" intelligent life) planets in the Solar System. Certainly no other planets in our Solar System currently have intelligent life.

Planet 9 would be well past Pluto. Pluto has glaciers of nitrogen and rocks made of water. No life there.

It was very vaguely related in the sense that it was about ancient astronomers; it was irrelvant because it offered zero support for, or reference to, your specific claim.
