CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't think so. I was made an honorary pinhead a couple of years ago, and I don't recall any initiation rites.

God's plan makes a beautiful arrangement
I know I'm considered an Ex LDS here but out of faith and the only thing I know I am asking for your prayers in helping us find my boyfriend this morning who has taken off in this mass of snow and fog.Please help with prayer.I don't know at what point will list him as missing but he's been gone since 1 am.

I am so glad that your boyfriend was found, and is safe!
It's probably not very relevant right now, especially in light of your boyfriend being found, but Blackmarch is the only one us us four who is LDS. The rest of us just hang out here!
