let me try to get this right.. Sorry if I am off the mark.
In order to avoid going to Hell, I have to profess, confirm my belief and love, and soul to God. Not just any God, but the Christian God 'YHWH'
What if I never do any of the above? Do I go to Hell? But i do not believe, so i cannot go to Hell... Can I ??
What if I never confess my sins, as again, I do not believe in the christian ways, so again, I cannot go to Hell.
What if I am not a bad person and have lived a good life, but refuse to accept the christan god, what then?
Don't think about God as a "Christian God". He is just God. Out there. Somewhere. Close to us. Hearing everything, watching everything. He is the God that is alive and that hears you. Speak to Him. He is like a person. He likes to talk, He likes to listen to you. Speak and search and you will be lucky. Make time for Him. Is there anything that reminds you of God? Nature, music, art, space...anything? Then use that to connect with God in your thoughts. God is love. You are His creation and His child because He breathed His spirit into each of us. He loves you. He cannot not love you. You are precious to Him. He is the father that you could only dream about. He is as best friend as they come (or maybe should I say: they don't come like that).
Jesus Christ took the cross, so that we wouldn't have to. Jesus Christ feels our pain. He is in pain with us. He is in pain of the cross, He is in pain of our pain now, He is in pain because He longs for us to come to Him, but we just ignore Him. He is a man of sorrows and familiar with suffering. He takes most of the suffering upon Himself and we only have some part of it because we could never drink the bitter cup that He drinks. He is like a father who is protecting his child from most of the pain, while He himself takes most of it upon Himself. He feels what we feel. When He punishes us, He feels our pain. He prefers to reward us. But we are so rebellious...
God is fair and righteous. He will judge people according to their hearts, according to what they heard and knew, according to how they behaved in view of what they knew. He said that those who knew more would be beaten more (if they disobeyed).
If you have sinned against His laws (which you had, everybody has), He will have to punish you. Who knows what kind of punishment it would be. People claim they know, but I don't think so. It could be a remorse. Imagine feeling the greatest depression for a while as a remorse over what you have done... But regardless, He will do what needs to be done.
So if you know the right thing to do, DO IT and you will do yourself a favor.
The Christian God is the only God that loves the humankind. The only God that gave His life for human kind. The only God that loves to death the human kind. But like a responsible parent He would have to take care of the rebellious and wicked and spank them. But in the end, people will all realize that He was right and be grateful to Him for whatever He did.
He is allowing bad things to happen in order to have people repent. If people repent in this life, it will be much easier for them and they will get rewards. If not, something not so pleasant is expecting them. (although it's NOT ETERNAL hell.)
But to believe in Jesus now is the greatest treasure one could ever find. But most people are too blind to realize it. So they waste this life, this investment which God gave them in pursuing NOTHING (aka: worldly treasures) when there is a pearl of undescribable value is there for the taking...
But God knows ALL. He knows those who can't believe, and He will judge accordingly. He is merciful and compassionate. His only desire is for everybody to stop doing wickedness (to repent) and then it says: "He will freely pardon". But people persist in doing wickedness, in being selfish, in hurting each other. God is watching and everything is being recorded in His book.
