What makes you think it kills all its people?
Jesus mentioned those who testify of him in Israel will be arrested, brought before rulers, and some will be betrayed by thier own family members and put to death. He said those who testify of him will be persecuted from one Israeli city to the next.

Scripture does not say the little horn kills all its own people. Scripture says it causes the saints to be killed. There are not many saints in Israel.

No it was teh determiniate foreknkowledge and counsel fo God that put Jesus to death! He willingly gave in to His enemies. Like He told Pilate He could have called legions of angels to defeat Rome and the Sanhedrin!

You are correct when it says the littel horn does not kill his people- because He is ot a Jew! He is the physical son of Satan (Gen 3) and a woman of Roman origin. (Dan. 9)

Rev. 16 shows that the antichrist has a global rule. All the armies of the world come to battle Jesus with the antichrist as their head.
