do you ever sew your own clothes?

I do! My mom got me hooked when I was 8 or 9 and she helped me make myself a skirt. I've been sewing ever since.

Do ever see something you like in a store but wish it was in a different fabric or a different price range. etc?

Yes. All the time.

Have you made clothes from unusual materials?

I made my grandmother a bathrobe from my aunt's chenille bedspread.... that's about as unusual as I've gone though. (She wanted a chenille robe - but we couldn't find one to suit her in a store.)


Have you ever worn clothes made from an unusual material?

Yes. And I made them also (< suprise! >)

Chenille is very difficult to clean

My grandmother is very difficult to please. She had a pink chenille robe and when it needed to be replaced she couldn't be happy with anything else. (Actually what we used is machine wash/machine dry. Is this another language thing?)

Do you love someone who is difficult to please?

Why do parents who, on the telephone just continually berate you for every part of your lifestyle imaginable, then wonder why you never want to call them?

Daffy is fine, thanks - your question was missed - 2 posted at once before.

My mom doesn't get online much, (probably because I'm tying up the computer so much ) but she usually visits a few times a week.

I am blessed to have my mom and dad (and I'm serious - I was being a wise guy earlier with the little digs about them posting here). They're very fair and very pleasant to live with.

Do you like to eat while you're driving/riding in the car?
