Even if it did (and it didn't) then it appears you do not know. So you don't know how important that mine was in regard to overall cobalt production. If it represented 50% of existing cobalt then you might have an argument. If it represents 1% then you wouldn't.

It's not for me to do the work you need to do to justify your position. You are making a claim without making any attempt to find out what the facts are. All I'm doing is noting that.

I never gave a bit of concern about classes of observers. My problem was the obstruction of legal observers from doing their jobs--whether by removal or other tactics. The people who did so have not been punished, and thus I expect a huge problem in the next election.

The classes of observers in Michigan *do* matter, because all of the brouhaha was about different classes of "observers" not having the same privileges and complaining that they were denied access they never were permitted. It's just a bit of on-site confusion being amplified. Any continued amplification is just misinformation or disinformation.
