Yes, it does.

And I was going to point that out in my OP, but thought against it.

I just wanted to give some TEs a little support over the {non-existence of God because of chaos} arguments.

Sure. Tell me another. I'll believe anything.

If I'm understanding you correctly, such a demonstration would essentially disprove theistic evolution.
Theistic evolution is a perfectly acceptable stance, and there is no counterdemonstration.
Theistic evolution (evolutionary creationism) can take a hike.

Perhaps you should study the concept of "evidence". Creationists have none.

What should we have?

(Please be specific.)

I say no evidence was generated.

If your myth was true we would see a massive population bottleneck for people. That flaw in your belief applies to the Adam and Eve myth as well. The lack of evidence for your beliefs tells us that they did not happen. And you are right that there is no evidence, even though there should be. Once again stay away from handguns if you don't want your friends calling you Hop Along, though it might be a nice change from Genghis.

Why don't you just call a spade a spade and say you think we should all be suffering from inbreeding depression like the cheetah?

Stop watering it down by calling it a "bottleneck".

It wasn't a bottleneck event, and you know it.

That is correct.

There is no evidence for creation: specifically, the creation week.
Right, no evidence for an event that should be blatantly obvious.

Much like the lack of evidence for the herd of buffalo that stampeded through my kitchen this morning.

But we shouldn't be. You are the one making that claim. I know that we are evolved beings and the lack of a bottleneck is perfectly understandable. You are the one that makes a bottleneck claim by stating that the Adam and Eve myth is true. According to you almost anyone should be able to supply granny with that new kidney.

And I am not watering down anything. I am simply calling a "spade a spade" just as you requested.

Ya ... so blatantly obvious that the One who committed it documented it for our learning.

I don't know where you're getting this 'blatantly obvious' stuff from ... but it can take a hike.

Excuse me?

Where did I call the creation week a bottleneck event?

I'm not trying to slip out the back door now by Arab phoning "bottleneck event" to "bottleneck".

You must think I'm too stupid to catch that.
Subduction Zone said:

There you go.

A bottleneck what? event? recovery? extinction? what?

I think you're too smart to use the term "bottleneck event," as that would imply a large population being pared down to just two people; when you know as well as I do you're going in the wrong direction.

The population wasn't pared down to two people, it started out as one person and moved up to two.

Drop the bottleneck bologna if you want to discuss the creation week ... and drop your inbreeding depression junk along with it.

I'm not inbred depressed, and I suspect you aren't either.

You're calling a bottleneck event a "bottleneck" ... and you have no idea what you're talking about, geologist.

Nope, we know that is not the case. You believe that your God cannot lie. For Genesis to be literally true your God would have to be a serial liar.

The "documentation" was just the writing of scientifically ignorant peoples. That is of course what one would expect. Your own claims show that to be the case AV.

You must think I'm too stupid to catch that.

You claim there were only two people. That would result in a bottleneck. Your claim, not mine. Or did God create thousands upon thousands of people in your version?

If you claim there were only two that all descended from then you claimed there was a bottleneck.

I am not going to say that you are stupid or not, but your logic skills need some work.

There you go.

A bottleneck what? event? recovery? extinction? what?

Please pay attention. It does not matter if the population was "pared down" to two or not. If it was two people then you are claiming a bottleneck event.

And you are the one claiming "inbreeding junk". Not me. You are not seeing the logical results of your beliefs. Just as you are the one that keeps calling God a liar.

Then you're Arab phoning it, hoping I won't catch it.

Nope, I am merely pointing out the ramifications of your beliefs.

You're calling a bottleneck event a "bottleneck" ... and you have no idea what you're talking about, geologist.

You have that backwards as usual AV.

Ya ... that's true.

You don't have the guts to call a spade a spade, do you?

(That is, use the inbreeding depression argument.)

Here's what you said:
If your myth was true we would see a massive population bottleneck for people.
You're smart enough not to play the Inbreeding Depression card, aren't you?

A 'massive population bottleneck' without a bottleneck event ... LOL ... only on Litmus paper.

There was a massive pileup on Interstate TWZ last night.

Thank goodness nothing happened (no event took place).

Please, you are the one that believes that we should all be inbred and depressed. You are the one that believes the creation myth that predicts that. We don't see massive inbreeding. That tells us that you are wrong.

A 'massive population bottleneck' without a bottleneck event ... LOL ... only on Litmus paper.

No, you believe in a bottleneck event. You don't seem to realize that what happened before the bottleneck does not matter that much. I can't help it if you can't follow a simple conversation.

There was a massive pileup on Interstate TWZ last night.

Thank goodness nothing happened (no event took place).

Yep, once again you are being Hop Along. Shooting yourself in the foot without even realizing it.

The Tilt-a-Whirl, a product of intelligent design, uses chaotic motion to perform its function.

Demonstrate how God could have done the same, but didn't.
I'm not gonna belabor this point any longer.
