The Tilt-a-Whirl,™ a product of intelligent design, uses chaotic motion to perform its function.

Demonstrate how God could have done the same, but didn't.

Problem is that the tilt-a-whirl doesn't use chaotic motion -- it uses carefully designed mechanisms to simulate chaos, but one actual random event would probably cause the structure to fly apart and send tourists hurtling into the cotton candy booth.

But you already knew that, didn't you? ;)

No ... do enlighten me.
The weight of passengers in these cars may intensify or dampen the spinning motion of the cars, adding to the unpredictable nature of the motion. Mathematicians call this unpredictable nature chaotic motion.

Demonstrate how God could have done the same, but didn't.

If I'm understanding you correctly, such a demonstration would essentially disprove theistic evolution. Theistic evolution is a perfectly acceptable stance, and there is no counterdemonstration.

Theistic evolution (evolutionary creationism) can take a hike.

B-b-b-but your own challenge supports it.
Yes, it does.

And I was going to point that out in my OP, but thought against it.

I just wanted to give some TEs a little support over the {non-existence of God because of chaos} arguments.

But you think TE should take a hike -- hedging your bets?

So?

This thread operates under the principle that the enemy* of an enemy** is a friend.

* theistic evolution

** atheism

As long as they're useful to you -- then you can turn on them at your leisure.

Or are you going to forget that they're your enemy as well after they serve your purpose?

Follow the logic please.

I consider TEs an enemy of atheism; and our brothers & sisters in Christ.

Is not everyone that does not share your theistic beliefs your enemy by these principles? That's a lot of enemies.
** atheism
I would think that "anti-theists" would be your actual "enemy".

Atheists should be easy to deal with... just demonstrate that your particular deity exists. :)

I call them [that are saved] "brothers & sisters in Christ."

What do you call them?

No demonstration then? That deity of yours not up to that challenge?

Name one, and provide objective evidence that this person has been "saved".
What do you call them?
People.

So it's your brothers and sister in Christ who can take a hike, then -- or at least they would if you couldn't use them against atheism?
