Letting brown people pick your vegetable decade after decade but not giving them path to citizenship is systemic racism.

If they are not legal residents, the people who hired them are criminals and should be prosecuted. The racism is not in the laws.

If they come in on a work permit that does not entitle them to citizenship.

So is the implied claim that " brown" people are somehow denied
citizenship by colour.

Calling that racism is worse than nonsense.

Have you seen any administration go after businesses who hire illegal immigrants? No , because Republican or Democrat , no matter which administration in power, they don’t want pound of potato at grocery store cost $11, so they look the other way. Americans wants cheap labor – this is in American history, this is how America was built, first it was black slaves in cotton field , then Chinses migrant to build railroad , back then too politician didn’t want to give legal status to chines migrant , and last 40 years it’s the brown people who pick avocado and we don’t want to give them legal status.

Certainly the American standard of living has always depended to a greater or lesser degree on a subsistance-level labor force.

Eisenhower was the last president to seriously tackle the problem of illegal labor from Mexico. He even went so far as to reassign Immigration leadership from the southern border to the northern border because too many of the federal officials who'd been in the Mexican border states too long got along "too well" with those local politicians and businesspeople.

In response, the governors on the Mexican border chopped off Eisenhower's head and handed it to him.

So should they bust the employers sos the "brown" people are sent home?

And why should they come work then get preference for visa
and citizenship over, say, " yellow" or " black" people without aceess to the border, and wait indefinitely for LEGAL entry?

You won't get an answer unless you can solidly define the term 'systemic racism'. Some people seem to think that it means that there have to be laws that specifically and explicitly discriminate against certain races.
That is the definition of systemic racism.

So the conservative way is to make no effort at all to help minority
groups who were long beaten down in America?
No sort of effort to kinda make up for the past, get everyone on their feet?
Equity is not actually a bad word or an evil concept.
get them on their feet how?

They tend to commit more crime. Dont you think that explains why they interact with police more?

Thats not systemic, there is no law you can point to that is responsible for that. Do you think because they commit more crime that might be why they do more time?

Instead of looking at the details of why it happens - if it does- it alk goes to
" systemic racism ".

For which, to many, the answer is, " burn jt all down".
