Just cleaned mah bathroom....and didnt wanna use bleach based cleaners cos Ive been sick and my lungs havnt recovered completely yet....sooooo I tried good old Vinegar and it did a MUCH better job than any of the bleach cleaners have ever done! And an added bonus.....OoooOOOOoooeeeee...I smell soooo puuurty nao!! *drips with sarcasm*

Good old vinegar can be a useful cleaner. Bleach is downright dangerous - you don't want to breathe any fumes from that.

Most of the time when I use bleach, I have to use my asthma inhaler first, and thats even when Im not sick! Ive tried some of the more natural, store bought cleaners, but to be honest, have found them pretty much useless. The vinegar worked really well!

Hydrogen Peroxide works good too. I hear that's what they use in hospitals because it doesn't have an odor.

Hi guys have you tried coco-cola to clean, heard it cleans metal, take out some stains from material and a lot more uses. And we drink the stuff! lol.

So not much for an update for me other than I've now published 2 books, working full time, still doing local workshops...there's about 10 inches of snow on the ground here in Reno NV, and all in all life's just been amazing this year so far!

If anyone is interested: Put 12/15 at 8pm on your calendars!!!

Taking the conservative Fox News Radio by storm! I got to dispel some of those dark myths about witches and of course - promote my books, my friends' store and in general put a nicer face on the "Witch" rather than the Hollywood version.

Up until now, I always thought Hydrogen Peroxide was bleach! You learn something new every day. Will have to give that a try if the vinegar doesnt work.

Well, in a week we have gone from almost no snow to over a foot on the ground. Its nice once the ground is covered with snow.

Its suppose to warm up this weekend, I really hope all the snow doesn't melt, would be nice to have a white Christmas.

We've been having a fairly mild summer up until the last week or so. Got up to just over 40 degrees Celsius (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit)! The forecast for Christmas day is in the low 30's. Im ok with that...cos I dont have to cook! My sons and I have been invited to a friends place for lunch, along with some other friends, and he is cooking roast! The day after Christmas day (we call it Boxing day..dont think you guys do?) myself, my boys, and the rest of the family are all going out for lunch. No cooking....no dishes....sounds like bliss!

Whats everyone else up to for Christmas?

So I went to a party this weekend. A non Christian friend had just meet a Jewish lady who was is very in touch with her Jewishness but was having some struggles. So this friend had recommended that we talk. A very nice talk. While I didn't get to share the gospel with her we did talk a lot about the scriptures and I got to include some stuff about the NT.

Haha I just heard of "boxing day" the other day while helping a Canadian with his purchase at Kohls. I had never heard the term before and now I have heard it twice in a few days!

I wonder what that means?
