Marine Massacre
This news out of Iraq about the the marines allegedly shooting innocent civilians is the worst thing that could have happened not only to the people that were shot and their families but to the overall war effort. It is the best news for the liberal establishment because they can use this in their propaganda war against Bush and the military.They were looking for an excuse to demonize the military as they did during the Viet Nam war and now they will harp on this continually day and night on all news cast. Even though these marines will be punished severely as were the soldiers in the so called prison torture in the Iraq prison the liberals will not let up. One wonders why they dont treat terrorist atrocities with the same vigor, such as the video taped beheadings that were news for a much shorter time. Do they hate Bush so much that they act as a propaganda tool for terrorist that want to destroy America? Yes it is news and they should put it out but they will use it as a weapon to try to destroy Bush even if it means that we may fail in Iraq, and then what, a democrat for president? Fine, good for them, they get who they want running the country. But what kind of a country will it be if we have to leave Iraq prematurely? This is a great tragedy for America but the good times will role for the people that hate America from the terrorist to the ex-hippies who want to relive the best years of their lives while America burns.
