I don't believe that these things are just beginning to happen. "The Day of The LORD" has been at hand...even in the present tense that it is often spoken of in the Old Testament.

I just showed you how Daniel 12 tells us not just the year (within a year or two) but the day (within a day or two) of the return of the Lord.

Weeding thru i found your post interesting and true in some ways. But this time its different??? Really.

If we put faith on study we know that faith is believing in what is hoped for. We also know that man cannot live without hope. Conclusively 'finding what is hoped for' somewhat defines faith and so futurists keep looking and finding clues, however wrong they end up being.

Gd tells us that the best religion is to help the orphans and visit widows. To me this is better than date setting but the latter is still fun.

Yes, we shouldn't put God into a box - which, imo, is exactly what people who say, "Jesus has to return here, because this means this, X means Y and God has to act at this time, in this way." No he doesn't. Only the Father knows the time of the Son's return, no one else, and it is folly to think that we can work it out.
