this year, BIBLICALLY was not a leap year.
folks grew Barley in Jerusalem, like they have been doing for over a decade now,
and checked it in March of this year.
it as Abib, ripe/crumbly, not much moisture,
so that march new moon was the beginning of the year.

it was NOT a leap year this year.
