they looked around the house.couldnt be found.

"she could be in her bedroom!she spends most of her time there!"ryou said running 2 her bedroom.they ran inside.she wasnt there.ryou looked @ the door in her room that lead in2 the batroom & started getting nervous.

"what ryou?"john asked him.

"i may no where she is......& i dont have a gd feeling about it or a pretty picture in my head."he replied.john looked @ ryou & then @ the bathroom door.

John knocked. "Alyssa? Are you there?" No reply.

"We gotta get her out of there." John slammed the door down. Inside was a blood pool on the ground, and Alyssa, sitting there, pale. John stood there, paralyzed in fear and sadness. Ryou did the same. After a few seconds, John, holding back tears, picked her up. "We gotta get out of here. Can you drive, Ryou? She needs to get to the hospital, she's lost too much blood." Ryou nodded. "Okay then, let's go."

"I don't know if she'll make it. She's lost a ton of blood, and I'm not sure if she'll be able to recover from this. We'll be sure to do the best we can. I don't think it's too late to save her, but it's not going to be easy." The receptionist told them. John turned around, and left. Ryou sat down, waiting.

As he went to the door, a ton of things were racing through John's head. I couldn't save her. This was her decision. But, could I have prevented this? Should I have interfered? Would it have been right of me? What am I saying... should I have let her take her own life?! How could I let her do such a thing?! How could I have let her die? She's confused about the whole thing, it was stupid of me to not have been there for her. I'm such a moron... I can't believe it... I... I let her die...

Tears streaming down his face, he walked out, head lowered, back to his apartment. She was like a sister, how could I have let her do this? How could I have let her die like that? I killed her. When I didn't save her in time in the dark world, when E.B. attacked her on the rooftop, when she went back to her apartment. I wasn't there for each and every time, and she may wind up dead because of it. I killed her. I'm to blame. If I was there... John lifted his head. I will be there. I won't let this happen again. I screwed up, taking her life in the process, and I will not fail again. Never again.

"has he come w/ an answer yet?"john asked running where ryou was sitting."no."he replied bk."not yet."he sat down waitting 4 him 2 come out.3 hours passed & john was standing up paseing bk & forth waitting 4 the doctor 2 come out."w.....what if she doesnt
wake up....what if she really IS dead?"ryou asked."i dont no what i would then....dont talk like that....please."john replied.he stoped 2 answer & started passing again.5 minitues later the doctor came out of the bk room where alyssa was @.

"Well, I got some good news, she's gonna live. It seems you two got her in here in time." Ryou leaped up in happiness. John sat there, head lowered. "However, she's in really bad shape, due to the loss of blood for that extended period of time. She's going to be in the hospital for quite a while."

John stood up. "Thanks, sir." He turned around, and walked out. Ryou caught up with him.

"Are you okay? Don't you want to see how she's doing?"

"No, Ryou, I don't. Not that I don't care, I just don't want to see what I did to her."

"...you sure you're alright? Blaming yourself for things out of your control isn't usually your style."

"It was in my control, Ryou. I let this happen. I let her make her own decision, and she almost died for it."

"..." Ryou turned around and went back to the hospital. "If you need me, give me a call. Bye, John."

"See ya, Ryou."

John walked back to his apartment. He sat down on the couch, trying to soak in everything that had happened. He knew he should have been happy, but if anything he was sad. I knew I should have listened, to what God was saying. But, I didn't react, and now she's like this.... He put his hands to his face, eventually running them through his hair. I don't know what to do or say to myself, or to her...

ryou ran in2 the hospital room where alyssa was @.ryou looked @ her pale face & skinny body from blood loss.

"shell be unconcious 4 @ least a few hours..."the doctor said leaving the room.
"ok."ryou said.he ran his fingers through her hair & gave her a gently hug making sure not 2 hurt her.he looked around the room,got up,& looked out the window.

4 hours & 46 minutes passed & alyssa woke up.ryou walked over 2 her.
"uh........"alyssa said opening her eyes."w-where am i?"she asked looking around.
"r u ok?"ryou asked."y-yeah im fine.where am i?"she asked & again."yur @ the hospital.we found u yesterday on the ground on yur bathroom floor.we then figured out u comited suicide.we got u here in enough time 4 u 2 be saved even though u were already dead 4 2 days."he replied."whose we?"she asked."john & i."ryou said.

"oh..ok.t-thanx ryou.i love u so much."she said weakley still trying 2 wake up.ryou called johns cell.
"hello?"john asked."hey!alyssas awake!u wanna come see here?"he asked."i...i dunno."he said.
"please?she wants 2 see u."he told him.
"i wanna talk 2 him."she said."ok.sum1 wants 2 talk 2 u...hold on."ryou said.
"no ryou!please do..."he started.

"hi."a weak voice said on the other line.
"hi alyssa."he said."im so sry this happened 2 yo.."john started again.
"its ok.....it aint yur fualt.& thank u....so much.i love u.thank 4 savin me."alyssa said.
"ah......yur welcome."he said w/ a weak happy smile.
"h-heres ryou again."she said 2 him.
"ok."he said bk.
"i told u she was awake!"ryou said laughing.

"heh.i no it now."john said."im gonna let u go.ok?"he asked"
"ok.ill ttyl.bye."he said.
"bye."he said.
they both hung up.john sat bk on the couch laying bk thinking.ryou went bk 2 alyssas side comforting her & saying what happened.

This won't happen again. I'll be sure to watch over her, make sure she's safe. Of course, she still makes her own decisions, but when she screws up I want to be there to catch her from falling. I don't want to have to go through this again. John stood up. He took a Mountain Dew out of the fridge, and walked over to the hospital. Will she ever forgive me? Will I ever forgive myself?

"whats been going on w/ u ryou?"alyssa asked him trying 2 make converstion.
"nuthin much."ryou said."weve been in here 4 almost 2 days now waiting 4 the doctor 2 come out & tell us if youd live."ryou said.
"oh....im sry 4 what i did.w-will u 4give me?"she asked.
"yeah.ill definitly 4give u."he said.a smile appeaerd on her face.

"thanx."
"no problem."he replied."johns been worried about u the most.he didnt stay cause he thought he did this 2 u & he didnt wanna see what he did 2 u."ryou said.

"but he didnt do this 2 me @ all.i did."alyssa commented.
"he thinks he did cause he wasnt there 2 stop u from what u did that night.he didnt stay here 4 that reason.he called u his sister.didnt want u 2 go.he prayed so many times waiting 4 u 2 wake up.he was pacing bk & forth 4 about 3 or 4 hours waiting 4 the doctor 2 come out w/ the answer.he didnt leave untill then."he said.

"oh.....thats...oh my goodness.wow.what time is it?"she asked.
"its 11:49 p.m."ryou said.
"oh.ok."she said looking out the window @ the pouring rain."i hope hes ok......i really do...."

John stopped by the door where Alyssa was in. "Hey, you doing any better?"

Alyssa smiled. "Yeah, I am." She turned to Ryou. "Could you give us a minute?"

Ryou nodded. "Sure, I understand." He walked outside of the door, and closed it.

John sat down. "Alyssa, I-"

"John, this isn't your fault. I don't know what I was thinking, but it was me. This isn't your fault at all. I did this out of my own free will. Don't blame yourself for my actions."

"I know... it's just, I knew something was wrong, and I didn't do anything about it. You almost died..." John closed his eyes. "If you died, I don't know what I would have done. You're a great friend, I wouldn't be able to bear it... and to think I wasn't there to help when you needed it..."

"its ok....you would have had all my close friends 4 comfort & stuff.2 trun 2 & all that stuff....its ok....it aint yur fualt....not yur fault that u didnt stop me...not yur fualt that i did what i did...it aint yur fualt that u didnt follow me when i went home.........its not."she gave him a weak smile.

"i no....but still....i would still have that 1 spot in my heart that has guilt where u used 2 be.where u used 2 live on."he explained.

"& i still would have...in spirit & in yur soul & heart."she said smiling.

"i no...yur right but id be really sad...i dont no what i would have done..."john said 2 her.

"its ok....i promise u that...."she said.

"ok."he said getting up.he gave her a hug & kissed her on her forehead.he then went 2 the door & said that ryou could come in.ryouwalked in & sat on the other side of alyssa.john sat on the other.

"i have an idea!"ryou said."ill stay here....watch her monday,wensday,& friday.& u can watch/stay w/ her tuesday,thursady,saturday & sunday."ryou said smiling.
"thats fine w/ me."john agreed.
"@least till she gets better that is."ryou told him.
"yes.@ least."he smiled.

alyssa yawned & satrted 2 fall asleep.john glanced over & saw her fall asleep.

"Good thing Ryou's on duty." John walks over to the street brawl, picks up Adam West by the collar, and tosses him like a rag doll behind him, all the way down the sidewalk about 50 yards. "Get a life, West." He turned to Alexis. "You alright?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, how's Ryou and Alyssa doing?"

"Well..." John told her the basics of the story.

"WHAT? I'm going to the hospital now. See you around." Alexis ran off.

"Hmm... looks like she won't hold up her end of the bargain." Naraku smiled. "She can't go to school if she's going to be hospitalized for a while. I might as well pay her a visit. Hehe... she's weak enough, I doubt she'd be fighting back. And I don't think X'll be around at this time. This should go real well..." He stood up, and walked out.

Just then, three warriors appeared in the room in a cloud of smoke. One had dark black hair, cut short, and glasses (AKA me). The other one had short blonde hair, and a light-weight green outfit, and a sword with a triangle looking object on the handle (AKA Link from the Legend of Zelda Games). The other was a strong looking warrior with short green hair, and three sword sheths! (AKA Zolo from One Peice). "Hello. I am Ninjitsu, or Nin, or Chance, whatever you want to call me.

John had arrived. As soon as he came into the room, the three appeared.

"You're quite an interesting bunch, an elf boy, a sword lover, and a random dude. Nice to meet you, in combat I'm known as HolyFire X, but you can call me John." He extended his hand, all three shook. John looked to Zolo's side. "Sheesh, three swords? I like the sound of that... you must be pretty fierce in a fight." John and Zolo went off and talked for a bit.

Alyssa spoke up. "Hi, did you come here to see me?"

Ninjitsu replied. "Yeah. Something important has come up." As he said that, Naraku warped in. John noticed, and immediately drew his blade, holding it right by Naraku's throat, preventing him from moving forward.

John closed his eyes, and sighed. "Whaddya want now, bishie? She's hospitalized, give her a break." This resulted in a punch in the face.

"I'm interested in her, not you, moron. Now, if you'll excuse me..." Naraku made a move towards Alyssa. Suddenly 5 swords were now brandished and pointed at him. Naraku's eyes went wide. "Sheesh, such a nice welcome..." he said, nervously.

Zolo managed to squeeze in a few words. "Who's this joker?"

"50% demon, 50% human, 100% retard who likes to pick on Alyssa for some reason." John spoke up, rapier pointed at Naraku.

"Oh, that's nice. Wai... DEMON?! What the heck?!"

"Yep." Naraku stepped back. "The demon part can be kinda fun sometimes... I can do things like this!" He shape-shifted into a chibi version of John.

John got mad and kicked the chibi in the face. "Quit mimicking me, idiot." Naraku hit the wall hard enough and transformed back into his normal self.

"Okay, that's it. I tried to be nice Mr. Bad Guy but now I'm going to have to be mean Mr. Bad Guy." Naraku extended his hand. "So, Ryou, I've used you before, want to have some fun again?"

Ryou laughed. "Uh, no." The millenium ring appeared around his neck.

(Yeah a free-for-all in a hospital. I had to, sorry. Maybe some way to move it outside, so Alyssa doesn't get hurt?)

naraku went & started 2 walk up 2 alyssa.john went over & hit him hard enough 2 knock him out the window.every1 ran out in2 the parking lot where he was @.alyssa jumped out of the bed almost falling dowm but grabed the edge of the bed.she walked 2 the window & opened it & watched.


"gd luck guys!DONT GET HURT!"she called 2 them.
"go bk inside!"john called.
"ok....."she closed the window but kept watch @ the window.

"im not here 4 u gius...."naraku said."im here 4 alyssa!"
"if u wanna get 2 her,yur gonna have 2 go throw me!"john replied.
"i just need 2 talk 2 her......she cant complete our arangement.she promised.we gotta work this out."naraku spatted out @ him.

"And, how exactly shall we work this out? It wasn't much of an agreement, anyways, it was basically telling her to do something tough or else you'd beat her badly." John unsheathed his rapier once more. "Sounds more like a threat to me."

"You think it's wise to take on a demon?" Naraku smiled.

"I took you down before, and I would love to do so again."

"Not when I do this." Naraku changed his shape... into Alyssa.

"..." John moved back a bit.

"What's wrong, afraid to hit your own friend?"

I gotta get a grip, this guy's just a fake. But, still, the thought of fighting Alyssa... no, this is not Alyssa, this is Naraku. I will fight! The other four began launching attacks on Naraku. John watched for a second, then finally joined the fray.

they hit him right in the chest making him fall,change bk,& skid across the ground.he got bk up.
"what if i do this?"he went up & took control over alyssas body & jumped bk down.
"what now?what r u gonna do?i have full control over alyssa now.shes a puppet in my little world now."naraku smiled evily as he said it.
john stoped attacking.the others went 2 attack.
"NO STOP!"john called 2 them."DONT!ITS REALLY ALYSSA!he took over her body!"john franticly said.
like john the others stoped thier attacks.
"still afraid 2 hit yur poor,weak,helpless,defesnsless,pitiful,suicidal friend of yurs huh?"he asked."how sad.she was going 2 leave u & her friends w/out her help.she DID leave 4 2 days...untill U came along."he smirked."ya no,....shes useless 2 u shes weak...& stupid."he commented.

"Life Blade." John's rapier disappeared. A sword made completely out of light appeared in his hand. "Oh, don't worry, I'm not going to hurt her. This sword doesn't attack physically." John dashed in, slashing in between Alyssa and Naraku. Alyssa regained control over herself, and kneeled down on the ground, coughing. "This is a spiritual blade. I simply severed your control over her. Like breaking a chain between the two of you. Pretty simple, really." John ran over and started hacking away at Naraku.

"And, don't you EVER *slash* CALL HER *slash* USELESS OR WEAK *slash* AGAIN!!!" Naraku fell to the ground, hurt from wounds. John picked Naraku up, and threw him, far. Real far. Out of sight, far. John's blade reconverted back into a Rapier, and he sheathed it. "You okay, Alyssa?"

"Hahaha... nice job, John. I'm impressed." Ninjitsu walked over to him. "I heard that Alyssa's just as good, too. We're forming a team to prevent accidents like this from happening. Would you two like to join?"
