Of course Jesus never taught many things that are natural. This argument carried out would block us from even functioning. (He didn't really teach that we should defacate either...yet I am pretty sure He does not have a problem with it... )

The devil, the world and our fallen state gives us those lustful feelings/thoughts.
The only way to combat them is through prayer and fasting and to read the Bible. Here is some advice:

Your brain must stay active and it must abide and remain in Christ throughout the day. Do not give into passivity. Being passive in our minds is the devils play ground. Do this in your mind; praise God, pray and think about verses because the Word of God is active (Heb 4:12 NAS).

Apostle Paul says this is the power of the Law, at work. Its a good argument, however in the context and reasoning I gave from Matthew, I think it still is to do with the thoughts.

Yea boy, find a wife so you can have sex. I've known 100's of young christians get married right out of school, sure, they felt in love, but they wanted to have sex...Most divorced in less than two years.

Our cultural laws are different, we don't allow marriage at 13 as they did in biblical days, today most date into their 20's before marriage.

Trust me, if you get married your sexual needs aren't met "any and all the time." I've been married 15 years, kids, job, marriage gets busy, often it's hard to find time for good long love sessions. If my wife is busy and not in the mood I'm not gonna push sex on her, I'll just take care of the issue myself, the cravings leave and I'm much better prepared to meet her emotional needs without acting like a horn toad.

Like a movie I saw, a wife busy cooking and cleaning, had a apron on and her husband pushing her for sex over and over. She finally said " Ok, I'll lift my skirt and bendover and iron clothes on the floor...

Love is kind, unselfish, committed, rejoices in the better for the loved one...

Lust appears to be kind and giving, but is selfish, cruel, hidden, and only gives to take gratification, to have the privileges and pleasures out of order. They are not committed but have an appetite.

What authority is there, if a man cannot judge your conscience for you? Theology, old, in common, from the first five centuries, theology. Moral Theology. The theology of holiness, 'sanctification'.

For sure, some have weak consciences, others strong. Some live in the east and others in the west, God chooses our birth place, and time, and gender...

So in the end, we live in the character image of Christ, fully, until then, the Spirit of grace convicts us, as we press for him to act, and on his own, along maybe similar, but different paths. Different pastors, different preachings and teaching and evangelism. Married people, single people, conservative people, weak people, introverts, extroverts, sound family life, others violent, or sexual abuse... recovering and progressing in similar ways.

One Gospel for us all.

We aim to be clean, to love, to do no harm, to be honouring and just. To receive Christ for this all.

The Holy Spirit, knows how to convict us, so that we overcome sin. Not all in one day or even one year. Not many of us die holy in perfection.

There is a whole lot of disconnected and irrelevant content in your post so I simply quoted two questions you asked and answer them.

First question I will answer with a question. What is lustful and not loving about masturbation? I am not trying to be funny here but rather pointing out a truth. Your question presumes an obvious answer. But as scripture is silent on masturbation your implication clearly represents personal opinion. There is no obvious conclusion.

Your second question is a great follow up to the first for it reveals your great mistake concerning authority and illustrates your confusion with the first question. The moral authority in our lives is God and His Spirit within us. It absolutely is NOT another man who would use his conscience to judge mine.
