The truth.... IS undeniable, however you come-across it

I read 'somewhere'
that there is very little WASTE in the beasts
That they have a use for every ounce of them ~
[while, they are still on the hoof]

I have no-idea, why I should feel so 'fussy' when 'wolves' too
would leave nothing behind after their meal
Perhaps I am a stuck-up human
with 'imaginatively constructed standards'
and... not quite the omnivore at-all, when details are examined

Perhaps this 'preference' to consume offal stems back to pre-feudal times
when to receive the BEST of the beast, was a privelege
and believed to imbue some of the beasts qualities upon the consumer
And, as for eating BRAINS... you will of-course know
that, this, caused many instances of Creuzfeld Jakob in us humans

for me, it's lean and mean...
there are, other, equally nutritious foods, that can be produced
and 'taste' is a learned-habit....
