haha it is pretty good...i just had some with apples....and it's not dry at all like some of the other natural p-nut butters

shell them
beat them up with a hammer... how thoroughly
will depend upon whether you like it smooth or crunchy
simmer in a lidded pan with a little water /veg oil [stirring occasionally]
this seperates fats [oil] from the meat/starches
and the lid of the pan traps contained moisture
when, thoroughly reduced
pour into an oven proof dish and allow to cool
then seal or refrigerate
