such as:

slivers of cheddar cheese, matchstick carrots, chopped cauliflower heads, chopped lettuce leaf
stirred into two tablespoons of, salad cream or mayonnaise

fork 'minced' tuna steak into two tablespoons of Mayonnaise

sliced and chopped boiled eggs, chopped lettuce leaf, stirred into salad cream, sprinkle of parmesan

What's Tate and Lyle Syrup? I'm not sure I have ever had,though it sounds great,whipped double cream either. I have had whipped cream,but not double. I need to find a place that serves U.K. food.

in the freezer, that I have-to use up
