Nonsense. To repent is to believe that Jesus is the Messiah and the messianic age has dawned.
No, it wasn't and still has not been. The cross was removed from that place a long long time ago.
Rot and nonsense. Jesus never once railed against the pagan religions of His time nor the various Jewish sects. He simply fellowshipped with folk as they were and was called a glutton and a sinner for doing so. These days, it would seem, some christians are far too proud of their spiritual status to be called sinners. If she really wants to accommodate to Islam she will need a Burka, a Husband or Father to submit to in all things and give up her ecclesiastical position as well as not teach ideas contrary to Islam (such as Jesus being God). We need to respect Islam after all. She should especially give up her lesbianism and find a good Muslim man to marry.
I disagree.Nonsense.
Sounds about right.
No, it wasn't and still has not been.
Well............It's not wrong to recognize Christians, Jews, and Muslims worship the same God.
Well......................Muslims, like Jews and Christians, share a similar narrative of the world and about God.

Are there any other gods? Scripture does not suggest there is.
Muslims, like Jews and CHristians, share a similar narrative of the world and about God. Hindus do not. It's not wrong to recognize Christians, Jews, and Muslims worship the same God.
Eva Brunne is the world's first openly lesbian bishop. She was promoted to her position by the Church of Sweden in 2009. Obviously, this means the Church of Sweden is apostate and appears to be a politically correct, social club that is stripped of biblical truth. Nevertheless, in Sweden, there is a church is located on the waterfront in Stockholm1. Being a international waterfront location sometimes Muslims enter the port. So, Eva's misguided attempt to accomodate the Muslims is to remove Christian crosses and establish a prayer space for Muslims - in the Church located in Stockholm. She said that airports and hospitals have accommodations for Muslims, so it's only natural to have the same thing in their waterfront church.
Sounds nice doesn't it. But, maybe she doesn't know what it means to be a Christian. But of course not given her outright rebellious sin of lesbianism.

Yes there are "other gods".
And yes God Himself plainly states that fact in Scripture.
If she really wants to accommodate to Islam she will need a Burka, a Husband or Father to submit to in all things and give up her ecclesiastical position as well as not teach ideas contrary to Islam (such as Jesus being God). "I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God." Isaiah 45:5
No, there are no other gods. Idols are just statues, fallen angels are just fallen angels, and imaginations are just imaginations. Even Muslims understand this, and perhaps articulate it better than you do.
Your exegesis of the Scriptures ignores progressive revelation. Isaiah was written after the Torah.
You are just using the Bible as a way to justify your contempt for Muslims and their religion. And that's deplorable.
But she doesn't want to submit to Islam. She is not a Muslim and does not desire to be a Muslim. There's a difference between being kind towards someone, and approving of all their possible behaviors. Rendering service to someone is not the same as approval. I wish more Christians would understand this.
