And He was law abiding.. so abide therein..I believe as scripture says, if we abide in Christ we sin not.
This is going way beyond what I had asked.
I was wondering if since adulterers were to be stoned to death, and our Lord said lusting in the heart was the same as adultery, should he/she who lusts be put to death?
Why or why not?
Jesus was made under the law and he alone fulfilled all and sinned not. Now the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. And He was law abiding.. so abide therein..
You are not thinking like a Jew, like PaulJesus was made under the law and he alone fulfilled all and sinned not. Now the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Believers are free from the law of Moses and not under it we are dead to the law and the law is not of faith.
The mosaic law, covenant is faded away, done away, abolished in its ministration, (2 Cor 3:6-the end )
I am thinking as I should in Christ in fact everything I said is based on quotes from Paul. You are not thinking like a Jew, like Paul
Brothers, suppose someone is caught doing something wrong. You who have the Spirit should set him right, but in a spirit of humility, keeping an eye on yourselves so that you won’t be tempted too. 2 Bear one another’s burdens — in this way you will be fulfilling the Torah’s true meaning, which the Messiah upholds. 3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is really nothing, he is fooling himself. 4 So let each of you scrutinize his own actions. Then if you do find something to boast about, at least the boasting will be based on what you have actually done and not merely on a judgment that you are better than someone else; 5 for each person will carry his own load. 6 But whoever is being instructed in the Word should share all the good things he has with his instructor. 7 Don’t delude yourselves: no one makes a fool of God! A person reaps what he sows. 8 Those who keep sowing in the field of their old nature, in order to meet its demands, will eventually reap ruin; but those who keep sowing in the field of the Spirit will reap from the Spirit everlasting life. 9 So let us not grow weary of doing what is good; for if we don’t give up, we will in due time reap the harvest. 10 Therefore, as the opportunity arises, let us do what is good to everyone, and especially to the family of those who are trustingly faithful. And He was law abiding.. so abide therein..
Do you want the Jewish mind to explain what that Jewish Paul meant when he said?I am thinking as I should in Christ in fact everything I said is based on quotes from Paul.
Do you want the scriptures?
Sorry Tone, there is nothing funny about that. It is a very serious point.Do you want the Jewish mind to explain what that Jewish Paul meant when he said?
Thinking as a Greek Christ or a Jewish Messiah?I am thinking as I should in Christ

The law of sin and death is found in the book Romans. Perhaps the law of sin and death pertains to the Roman rule over the Jews. Paul also appealed to Cesar.Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.
What exactly does this mean? According to Torah:
Leviticus 20:10
‘If there is a man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, one who commits adultery with his friend’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
Does this mean the death penalty is off the table? I know our Lord let a woman caught "in the very act" off the death penalty hook on 2 grounds: 1 - no one would testify against her and 2 - no one grabbed the man.
So how does that relate to this?
Matthew 5:28
but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Is that person liable to the death penalty?
We know the shadow is the reflection of the object as light shines. The shadow is the form or shape of what may not be clearly visible.Bible Gateway passage: Exodus 29 - Complete Jewish Bible
Where exactly is anything ever said about a mosiac covenant? Ive heard this term used many times. And yet no one who uses the term has ever contributed the Scripture that defines such a term.
Especially considering the Torah is Holy and a shadow of good things to come. If so how then is it moses law?
For the Torah has in it a shadow of the good things to come, but not the actual manifestation of the originals.
What shadow is ole sh'aul hinting at here?
Yeshua was made under the law, but the gentiles were subject to Grace.Jesus was made under the law and he alone fulfilled all and sinned not. Now the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

When we find the shadow we know that the object we seek after is not far away.Amen,
Excellent observations.
What i had hoped to encourage was a reminder of blood and garments involving the priest. With the instructions given, Its not so much what is said but wasnt from what i heard and noticed.
I love your conversation in oil and reminders of the Eternal life in The Blood of The Holy One.When we find the shadow we know that the object we seek after is not far away.
The law is not based on faith but on the contrary. Faith is based on the law.
