Romans 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Faith is the "substance" from things hoped for, the evidence from things not seen. Faith is not a weak theory, but faith is actual substance from things hoped for. Faith is the evidence of things unseen. A theory may have some evidence to support the theory but a theory is unproven. This is why a theory needs much trial and practice. However faith means you posses the substance of what you are hoping for plus the evidence of the things unseen. How many theories or practice involve things not seen?Amen,
I once heard in the spirit that haggadah compliments halachah.
I'm somewhat surprised the mishkan covering wasn't further discussed.
It seemed to me that there is something that points to a change of garments.
Sorry about not responding to your post.
Figured an exploratory thought would be helpful to the readers and hoped more posters would of joined in the fellowship.
Amen, Yes indeed. The people had Yeshua in their presence, they possessed the substance of what the old prophets hoped for; the evidence the old prophets could only see in dreams and visions. Here is an example of the law of faith..
Luke 5:17-20
[ Jesus cures a paralytic in soul and body ] One day while Jesus was teaching, some Pharisees and experts in the Law were sitting near him. They had come out of every village in Galilee and Judea as well as from Jerusalem. God’s power to heal people was with him. Soon some men arrived carrying a paralytic and they kept trying to carry him in to put him down in front of Jesus. When they failed to find a way of getting him in because of the dense crowd, they went up on to the top of the house and let him down, bed and all, through the tiles, into the middle of the crowd in front of Jesus. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the man, “My friend, your sins are forgiven.”
Faith sees beyond the obvious and sees the heart of God. When you see what God wants, and what God requires, then walk in it, miracles happen.Faith is the "substance" from things hoped for, the evidence from things not seen. Faith is the righteousness from G-d apart from the law of the Spirit of life.
Well we have this...….The law of sin and death is found in the book Romans. Perhaps the law of sin and death pertains to the Roman rule over the Jews. Paul also appealed to Cesar.
Jesus Taught Against the Law of Moses | Jewish Voice Ministries International
[ 'It is unfortunate that nearly two thousand years after He came, we have a Jesus who is nearly devoid of any Jewish identity and a Church that is almost completely severed from its Jewish roots. Although this was never God’s intention, it started very early in Church history. It began with a movement away from celebrating Shabbat (the Sabbath) and the other biblical Feasts and calling these observances heretical. And so today, we have a Jesus who is not recognizable to His own Jewish People as the Messiah of Israel.]
Paul speaks ofIsrael broke the law, separating faith from the law. Faith is based on the law, faith must be practiced lawfully. Abraham was made righteous by his faith, not works from the law.
This reminds of something like works of the law without faith.Romans 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Lu 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.
Joh 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

He has a way of way sharing his personal lessons in life that are indirect as far as I can see.
Why else use the word law so many times if there is no significance to Torah(law.
Just a thought.

Generational ordinances.Blessings as well to you.
Paul spoke of law in a fashion understood by his audience. Using terms such as "whole law" meaning all things written in the first five books of Moses. "Law of faith" being that which God spoke to individuals. In their time were only performed by particular individuals, and not to be repeated, as Noah building an ark, Abraham sacrificing his son Isaac. But that being said, Paul speaks of "hearing the law" concerning Abraham. Which law was 400 years before the law from Sinai was given. Mainly Paul agrees with the author of Hebrews IMO. The whole law is a record of the covenants God has made with men. It is these covenants which are fulfilled. These covenants are testaments (wills of inheritance) which we which are heirs in Christ walk by faith in according to hope.
Generational ordinances.
The pharoah of a generation who had not been taught or possibly ignored his own father about yosef and who was quite arrogant as far as I can see. Then further perpetuated murderous schemes.
He, the one who sits for 6 days thought himself king over All and ignored every warning till the end of his second death. And took with him all that intended to commit the unforgivable sin of murder.
As Sodom and Egypt attempt to shed innocent blood the sea and mountain comes crushing down on all those who would attempt to trample what is Holy.
In faith the children of the Lord welcome the destined hope of the cloud by day and fire by night with the salt that destroys those who Hate the Lord.

The law of Moses is referred to in 2 Cor 3 and this is also connected to the tables of stone in the Ten Commandments . Paul says it’s ministration is done away abolished, yes he does,It is true that the Law of Moses is not the Law of God. While they were introduced to the Israelis at Mount Sinai, they are two different things. There is one that is written, by God's own finger, in stone and to be written in the heart. There is one that was written by Moses, and placed on the side of the ark of the covenant. One is the Law itself, the other is the conditions, the statutes, the covenant, the judgments, etc. Together they are called Torah. One is eternal and the other is temporary and fades after Yeshua.
