  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I'm from Shepherdsville, KY. I'm currently looking for a good-sized church to start attending in the area (Louisville-Etown) if anyone knows of one. I would like to find a very active church with at least 3-500 in the congregation, but prefer in the 700 vicinity. If anyone can help please PM or e-mail me, thanks! God bless!
Its a bit of a drive, but you should come to The Vine at Southeast Christian. I have some friends down there in Bullitt County that go there too and I actually live in Indiana. It is an "alternative" worship service that is band driven. The Vine's atendence is usually around 1,700 while the three regular church services are usually somewhere between 17,000 & 20,000. People come from all around to go there. Regular services are Saturday nights at 5 and Sunday morning at 9 and 11:15.

If you want to go take I65 up to I265 east and take I64 west and then get off Blankenbaker Parkway going north--it'll be the very first exit on I64 from the Gene Snyder (265). The church is right there on the left.
