Now I see there where Christ is raised from the dead. But we can we find others who are raised from the dead or resurrected?
Lazerous would count as a resurrection.
He died too you know.

Lazarus never conquered the grave. Jesus was the first to do that. Please read the Scriptures above that you have been careful to avoid.

The key word for the conversation is "RESURRECTION".

Why? There are many examples of "resurrection" in the text that do not use that word.

Joh_11:11 These things He said, and after that He said to them, "Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him up."

Joh_11:14 Then Jesus said to them plainly, "Lazarus is dead.

Joh_11:43 Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth!"

Joh_12:1 Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus was who had been dead, whom He had raised from the dead.

Joh_12:9 Now a great many of the Jews knew that He was there; and they came, not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might also see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead.

Joh_12:17 Therefore the people, who were with Him when He called Lazarus out of his tomb and raised him from the dead, bore witness.

So you can't find not one single prophet or apostle claiming to have been resurrected?
I didn't think you would.
The prophets and apostles never made sensational claims nor did they attempt to deceive.

They also never talked about a 1,000 year period when Jesus would perform funeral services after His Second Coming.

Jesus wouldn't perform funeral services outsidr of his kingdom where Gog is located. Jesus shall be in his kingdom.
I bet you never understood why Jordan, Lebanon, Syria Iraq or Egypt do not invade Israel in Ezekiel 38_39.

I will tell you why. All of those countries lay within the boundaries of the promised land except most of Egypt. But even though God has said he would allow Egyptians to move back into Egypt after it is destroyed, he would never allow Egypt to attack anyone again. The rest of those countries are destroyed and have thier land taken away 1000 year before Gog invades Israel.

That is where Christ will be. And those with him shall reign for 1000 years. They won't die.

And I will inform you why no other apostle spoke of the 1000 year reign. It's because Jesus did not give to them the revelation which God gave to him. He waited till they had died before he gave it to John.
John was the only apostle Jesus gave his revelation too.

Stop avoiding the evidence above. It is not lending any credibility to your posts.
The evidence is plain: NO translator of the New Testament used the word "Resurrect" (to my knowledge) when speaking of the born again walk. Perhaps you need to do a new translation. One more out of hundreds should be fine.

You are living in denial. The only way you can say this is by ducking around the various watertight Scriptures above that negate your position. Please address.
Show us in ANY translation of the New Testament into English where the translator has used the word "resurrection" in reference to being born again. Find just one and I will forever hold my peace on this.

If you don't at least try to find such a use, then it will be you in denial of our point of view. There MUST BE some English translation that uses "resurrection" for being born again.

Heb 11:15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
Heb 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

So you believe God lied to Abraham.
Interesting you believe God lied.

As for that city. It does not come down until the end of the 1000 year reign. Before then God will have kept his promise to Abraham. His seed will have reigned in the kingdom promised for 1000 years before that city descends.

Then, it is time for you for you to hold your peace. The evidence has been presented in posts 2&3. It remains unchallenged and unaddressed. I will take that as an admission that it is irrefutable. It has been carefully avoided because it exposes the premillennial doctrine.

Please stop avoiding my posts 2&3 above that prove your claims to be the opposite to the truth.

Until you address posts 2&3 I will take your comments as evasive theological bluster. It is obvious the various scriptures expounded expose Premil. Premils are careful to avoid these like the plague.

Hebrews 11:15-16 is referring to Abraham and the other Old Testament Saints.

Do you believe the author of the Book of Hebrews is lying?

I'm more interested in why the OP feels the need to misrepresent the views of those they disagree with.

-CryptoLutheran

So if someone asks a question as to what someone believe they are actually misrepresenting what that person believes?

Abraham and the old testiment saints never recieved the land promised to Abraham.
The city which comes down out of heaven does not come down out of heaven till AFTER the 1000 year reign with Christ on the property promised to Abraham and his seed.
Abraham will receive a city built by God but all in due time. Revelation shows when that city shall come down to earth where the saints live.

God did not promise Abraham the stars. He promised him a specific amount of property in the middle east and told him the boundaries of that property.

Either the author of the Book of Hebrews is confused in the passage below, or you are confused. Notice the word "now" in verse 16.

Heb 11:14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
Heb 11:15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
Heb 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

Below we find what Jesus said in the Book of Revelation, instead of what you are saying.

Rev_3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

So you believe God will not keep his promise to Abraham. But Christ show in the gospel that he shall.

Matthew 8:11 I say to you that many will come from the east and the west to share the banquet with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 8:12 But the sons of the kingdom will be cast into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

Not only do you say Abraham will not receive that property, you also don't believe anyone can live outside that property.

As some people on this board say they have already been resurrected once. It makes me wonder how many resurrections do they believe Jesus had. I've read he was resurrected. That he died and came back to life. But how many more resurrections do you believe he had and do you believe he may have more to come? How many resurrections do you believe you will have?
My son turned 5 today. There are many cherished moments with him that I cannot repeat, gone forever and trapped in my memories. for example I will never hold him in my arms rocking him to sleep again or I will never see priceless joy on his face as he takes his first steps again. Death to the old and resurrection of the new is an innate force of existence.

Do you even understand who these people are being cast out of Abrahams inheritance?
