We wish you were talking about Hamas. They are the real terrorists.
No they can get in line. There are other terrorists killing children there.
Israel is trying to save people.
By killing them?
Did you happen to notice they didn't just blow up the hospital?
Having snipers take out medical staff that move and bombing all over nearby does the trick I guess
There is video of Hamas bringing in hostages into the hospital and hospital staff assisting them.
Produced in Tel Aviv?
We have video of people in the hospital talking about how there was Hamas all over the place in the hospital. Yet Israel didn't just blow it up.
All over the place mean little. Medical staff were all over the place and some getting killed.
How a Christian can make false claims against people is quite astounding. It's almost like you are using their lack of faith as a reason to hate on them. Are you now accusing Israel of burning babies in ovens?
With bombs. They are hot and when they don't kill they can behead, take off limbs, kill parents etc etc There are no false claims on my end. The terrorism we have seen against Gaza is historic and I can't think of a precedent

The world stands on three things;
Torah,
Service of God,
deeds of kindness.
Ethics of the Fathers 1:2.

Torah is for the nations of the world a pain in the....wherever one gets a pain.
Many attempts have been made to dilute it, extinguish it, all have failed.
The nation Israel has been spread all over the world.

Like having a pile of unwanted earth (that someone has dumped there) in the garden that you want to get rid of,

So you go to a neighbor and dump it there.

The neighbor is not too happy about it though.

What will the Gardener say when He comes to His garden?

Edit,, Rather, what will the Owner of the garden say?

There are no coincedences.

This year followng Suckot, Simchat Torah, dancing with the Torah

Hamas cannot be used as the excuse for terrorism.
FYI: Hamas is terrorism.
No this is mass slaughter of children and civilians and collective punishment that rivals any evil in human history
This is what war is like. Time to grow up.
Zero. None whatsoever. The only thing they fulfill is prophesy. They do not believe in Jesus, the God of the Old Testament. Nor does the bible say God will protect or restore them until after they get saved. God has nothing to do with it.
You might want to get a good study Bible that does not push replacement theology.
God has nothing to do with it.
Wow, throw in a little deism too......

A point being missed is the following.

Hamas broke through a wall without warning and slaughtered about 1200 innocent people with extreme cruelty that the world rarely sees.

Israel dropped leaflets and warned civilians to move out before they targeted they perpetrators.

Civilians that remained were either Hamas sympathisers, or supporters, or were forced to remain as hostages or human shields.
And lastly, those who weighed the impending situation and chose to remain, in full knowledge of the risk.

At that point the cost of collateral damage had to be assessed. Hamas made the price of innocents being caught up in the fight as high as possible - it was planned that way to evoke public sympathy.

Hamas celebrated the slaughter of innocents and intend to bring their terror madness to a town near you.

Israel proceeds to bring justice with pin point accuracy and there are inevitable casualties among unarmed citizens who chose to or were forced to remain.

I cant see that they had any other choice Hamas started a war and Israel have responded.

Now we are fighting a war of misinformation - also well planned - and violent demonstrations - also well planned.

Who is the enemy here ???

There were hundreds of Christians who decided to stay in northern Gaza and took refuge at the Holy Family Catholic Parish, the St. Porphyrius Church, and the Baptist church attached to al-Ahli Hospital. They stayed because that was their home. For every Christian that stayed behind, there were countless Muslims that did the same. Not everyone who stayed behind falls into the categories you gave. Many, if not most, were innocent, had no ties to Hamas, and stayed behind willingly or because they were unable to make the journey south.

Fair point - one more category... Those who weighed the impending situation and chose to remain, in full knowledge of the risk.

As for your assertion that most who remained were not Hamas supporters how would you support this assertion?

Even today Israel doesn’t lay claim to Gaza; they have allowed many settlers into the West Bank though, like they “own” it.
In fact they do. Look up Oslo accords. It was part of a peace deal that never really took off, thanks to Palestinian in transigence.

Gazans may or may not support Hamas, many do not. However, they are mostly still anti Israel. Hamas is not the only terrorist group operating in Gaza and the two groups have plenty of support. It was one of those other groups that fired the missile that ended up in the hospital car park.

Israel controlled Gaza until 2006. Hamas took over and has successfully destroyed Gaza economically, politically and socially. You will note that it is a Baptist hospital and an Indonesian hospital, not a Gazan/Hamas institution. Hamas spends most of the aid money on weapons and to fatten the bank accounts of absentee landlords, aka Hamas' politcal wing. They are living it up in Qatar while Gazans suffer.

Israel will be releasing women and children as part of the agreement.

“The agreement includes the release of 50 civilian women and children hostages currently held in the Gaza Strip in exchange for the release of a number of Palestinian women and children detained in Israeli prisons, the number of those released will be increased in later stages of implementing the agreement.”
Women are just as capable of terrorist acts as men. The "kids" are in prison for a reason. 3 for one? It shows that Israel has some humanity while Hamas does nt.

Hey, if you want to arrest their leaders and charge them, fine. If you want to fine Gazans or limit trade or whatever because you think they supported killing civilians, find out first. Have a referendum there asking how many support killing babies and families and civilians in the way Hamas did Oct 7.
You know nothing about Hamas and how they operate. Gazans fear them. There is no way of having a free and fair referendum, especially in the middle of a war. Do you ever think before posting? It would sure help if you did.

I guess you must be absolutely astonished that they are close to agreeing a cease fire.
No, international blackmail has forced Israel's hand. It's not a ceasefire. It's a pause. There is a significant difference. I'm glad that some hostages will be released. I just hope Israel does not release the hard core terrorists like they did to gain the release the soldier kidnapped (I forget his name). The current murderer running this Hamas operation was safely in prison until Israel let him go. 1000 terrorists for one soldier. Israel shows humanity. Hamas does not. Also, I will believe the hostage release when it happens. Hamas has already pushed it back a day.

Why? Cause you don't have one?
Not a sensible one after a comparison is made between a terrorist organization and a militarized version of the boy scouts and how they can be mentally reconditioned in some way. Aromatherapy perhaps...

Are you sure you are not getting info second hand? They probably also fear Israel. You make it sound like there are a few terrorists holding a population hostage. I am not so sure they either support Hamas killing babies, or that Hamas treats the people as badly as you suggest.
There is no way of having a free and fair referendum, especially in the middle of a war.
So if you don't really know what the people think, why kill them?
I think that the people have been oppressed and imprisoned and robbed of freedom and live in poverty. Address that and it might go somewhere. Bomb their babies and that will only add fuel to the fire

No, international blackmail has forced Israel's hand.
You may have seen what I posted earlier when our foreign minister urged Israel to show restraint. And urged for a cease fire. And she spoke as an Israeli supporter. A friend of that nation.

Do you know what will happen if they continue? They will lose the support of their friends. Friends who are trying to tell them that the price they extracting is too high.

Do you know who will be most pleased at that outcome? Can you possibly imagine? Do you know who is Israel's worst enemy as you read this? Israel.
