That's really an odd verse. From the context, it seems that David (or the writer) was saying that those that destroyed the Babylonians would be happy doing it. It seems really angry.

Presumably because he's actually trying to withdraw our religious freedom? A tyrant is never a solution... But the "freedom" of the copts and the peace agreement with the Jews will be dis annulled, when the Muslim brotherhood will get to power....
