No I do not believe they are the same. Muslims worship a moon godI hear many people say when Muslims refer to ALLAH they are worshiping the same God Christians worship YAHWEH and others say Islam is worships ALLAH as a moon God and is NOT the same God Christians worship.
So is the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob YHWH/YAH/YAHWEH... etc, the same God ALLAH that Islam claims to worship??

I don't always read 5 pages of people's opinion nor do I go with the liberal opinion that God and allah are the same
It not a liberal opinion...It's a historically researched opinion.
Thanks for playing

Yes he did, but as soon as you put qualifiers that they worship a false god now cause they didn't accept Jesus as Messiah, then you immediately make any point you have on that irrelevant. So God didn't send His Son for our salvation? That is the god they worship. That is not the same God I worship. Do you worship a god who didn't send his son?

They worship a god that didn't send his son. The true God sent His son.
Therefore, they are fundamentally different.
I believe that most Muslims think they are worshiping God the Father, but Muslims are certainly non-trinitarian. Certainly not Christian.
LiberalAnglicanCatholic said:We still worship the same Abrahmic God as they do, we just know more about it cause we accepted the full truth. Doesn't change the facts the Jews or Muslims worship that same God, just under their own viewpoints. Do I agree with the Jewish rejection or the Muslim one, no....but do they worship the same God, yes. Spin isn't history or fact...it's spin. And that's exactly what you and topcare's point is...spin, not truth. I'll take the truth over spin any day...I may not agree with everything involved with Islam, but denying it is what it is cause of words used or cause of how different it is then Christianity is not just wrong, it's willfully ignorant.

If I think you are a homosexual and am friends with you based on that viewpoint, then I am not friends with you, but with my personal recreation of you.
They worship a god that is fundamentally different. It is illogical to say otherwise. With that viewpoint, you could say Buddhists and Mormons worship the same god
