I believe you are right on the dome, but remember they are the Sons of Abraham as well.
There are 3 types of people.
Shem=Jew
Japeth = Gentile.
Ham= Sodom and Gomorrah?
Noah cursed the generations of Ham, but he declared that the Sons of Shem and Japeth would dwell together.
Japeth went to live in the isles,of the Gentiles.
The earth was parted , this is the reason for the term isles.
Hams generations were cursed to be servants.
It was a maid servant that brought fourth Ishmael, who was a wild man who would contend with all men.
There were no people in Israel who were dwelling in America, Europe or the Emerald coast Greenland ETC
Who would be Hams generations?
Enemies of of the Jewish People.
This could have been the reason Jonah was so contrary about Nineveh, they were from Ham as well.

Traditionally, the Japethites are white people. The Semites (Shem) are Hebrew, Arabic, Pakistani, Indian and others of medium skin tone. Hamites are those of black African descent. I don't know where you got your interpretation.

He cursed Canaan, not Ham, even though it was because of Ham that he did it. I assume that Ham had other sons.

Fine it is off topic ,but the generations of Ham were Egyptian as well as Sodomites.

Psalm 78: 50. He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence; 51. And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

Somewhere in the middle ages the scholars decided Ham meant burnt or darkened.

The three sons repopulated the World.
Skin tone is often caused by adaptation over time and orgin of dwelling.

Ishmael was not the first-born of Abraham. (Technically he was was, but the first-born as promised by God.)

The "first-born" according to the "Promise" was Isaac.

Even the New Testament traces our "inheritance" back to being born-again, and a "seed of Abraham". (Gal. 3:7,9,14,29)

So, I agree to disagree.

If you breed to poodles together you get poodle puppies.

If you breed a poodle and a Labador, you get "mutts/labadoodles".

Hagar was an Egyptian, Abraham a Hebrew. You can't get Hebrew with Egyptian.

So, your either a Jew or a Gentile.
