True. But we could not say that if God did not return a bat would end life.A bat could end one man's existence on the planet ... perhaps more ...
I agree, science has enabled mankind to greatly accelerate the destruction of life on this planet.Looking at the sciences that deal in where life and the universe came from, I would have to say NO. Looking at actual science in general, and what it gave mankind, there is a lot of good that we have gotten from science. Weighing the bad though, on a scale along with the good, I am leaning toward thinking that since the bad outweighs the good, and endangers humanity, the answer also might be no!
Have a weigh in.....
Well, then let me try.I figuered that you couldnt, and I was right.
Well, then let me try.

"Unfortunately, it seems that many scientists today try to use science to disprove God's existence."
One way to look at whether they are trying to support God or not is to look at how they rate compared to God's word. Science directly opposes creation as told by His word. So that number is basically 100% of scientists in origin fields/branches of science that do not totally disagree with science claims!
? How could silly little science address things above it's paygrade? It plays in puddles.Science does not adress god(s) at all.

Science ONLY deals in the physical, so it cannot deal with God. It has no valid opinion one way or the other on the issue.Que?

Insofar as it is used to serve mankind, while edifying Jesus Christ, YES.Is science good?
Insofar as it is used to serve mankind, while edifying Jesus Christ, YES.
But when it oversteps its bounds, like Jehu did, NO.
The thing is though, these assaults are coming more often and more viciously.Science is a tool ... like a wrench.
You can use a wrench to tighten a loose bolt (that's good) ...
... but you can also use a wrench to assault someone (that's bad).

Findings?Your objections appear to be based upon the fact that you don't like the findings science has made in these areas. Fortunately, the universe doesn't much care about your opinion on the matter and most scientists would seek to follow the universe on this one.
Can you even recognize an "assault" [on God's word by science] if you see one?
Right ... and I'm Genghis Khan.Science has nothing say on the supernatural.
Find? or see?Yttrium said:If there was an intelligent creator of the universe, then what we find in nature is what that creator did.
Some look at the Grand Canyon and see a beautiful geological marvel; others look at the Grand Canyon and see a horrible gash in God's perfect creation, caused by sin.
So God likes flat terrain or something ? Mount everest is probably a horrible bumb in God`s perfect creation then.
