For those of us who have paid attention to the logistical strategies of US Foreign policies aimed at control over Iran, this is not a surprise. For others, they simply will not care so long as Islamaphobia is maintained like boy bands and high school fashion fads-substance is irrelevant-keep the irrational emotions afloat. It will be hard to sell the idea of a military operation on Iran without another terrorist attack and it is doubtful an attack on our soldiers in Vietraq or Afghaninam will be sufficient. Maybe the next attack will be coordinated suicide bombers on Amtrak or densely populated inner-city subways, or driving c-4 packed vehicles into national landmarks. The Washington Monument would be a juicy psychological attack on our collective patriarchal phallic symbol addiction, but that alone would not be enough.

Regardless of the specifics, Iran would be blamed and now that we have permanent military bases on either side of Iran, in addition to a very experienced military ground force, the chess pieces are in place. The sad part is being unable to reach the vast majority of Americans who are ignorant, Nationalistic, insecure, and the most obscene group, faithless Christians who will ignore Christ and bow to the feet of sell-outs like Obushama who promise security while increasing international crimes.

For some reason WMD in Syria is not dangerous. That must be why we didn't got get them to prevent the boogedymen from using them.

The Cheney admin toyed with the idea of taking military action on iran but it became clear it was too hard of a sell without a more recent terrorist attack and it would have required a draft to maintain military logistics. They learned from Vietnam the quickest way to end a foreign policy involving war is the draft.
