Mark's doctor appointment went well. However, they think they might ned to put a small plate in next to one of the bones. It looks like it wants to shift. (that would explain the popping sensation) He can take th boot off whenever he likes as long as he wears it when he gets up. The stitches and staples look good, but they went ahead and renewed the script for the antibiotic. The stitches will probably come out next week.

He's still supposed to take it easy for another week. He can gt up as much as he feels comfortable with. He's still supposed to keep weight off of it.
