Internet Shopping

Hi fellow Canadians
How are ya doing eh!

Just wondering if anyone else has done any shopping over the internet.
I have tried a couple of times. I have put things into the 'shopping basket' signed up so I can order and what not. Get all the way to the last page to tell where to have the items shipped from the states, and then I am told that they do not ship to Canada. This totally fustrates me.
Has anyone else come across this, and what did ya do?

Wow, I've never seen that before! I've shopped on the net many times and haven't had those problems. Maybe these sites have Canadian affiliates that sell the same producsts? You could try emailing the site and asking about that.

I had that problem with a lego M1A1 Abrams tank from toysrus.com. They could ship other lego models, just not that one.

Other than that, I've been ok

Electronics I get from future shop, and the rest from ebay.ca, for online groceries I go to pick and del.

I dont do online shopping. I dont have a credit card whats the minimum age for a card? like, 21?? 19?

tmak, i imagine you could get a card much sooner if a: your folks/guardian co signed for the card, or
b: you are in college, then they pass em out like water i'm told...
/ missed my easy CC time, had to actually apply fer one after i got a job!

yeah, i do online shopping, nothing major though, i still like to buy the big stuff while i am looking at either it (the item i want) or him (the person selling it to me).... but for other stuff, i've been buying online since 98 or so...

the only time I used to have probs with this is buying off ebay, as some sellers will only ship to the USA. now I only use ebay.ca so the problem is pretty much solved. the only other places I buy online is amazon.ca or chapters.indigo.ca, so obviously those have no problem with shipping.

I like chapters.ca for books... i've ordered a few things from the states, but its really expensive!
