If I'm an Atheist and I am not a bad person, will I go to hell?

That is a very Calvinistic point of view. The Scripture is very straight forward about the "choices" that we have. We can either choose to accept or reject the Grace given to us by Gospel of Jesus Christ.
What does our acceptance have to do with anything? God doesn't need our permission. It is not of the man who wills but of God. Have you had the gospel shared with you? If not would you like to hear it?

I could care less what others believe.

What is interesting though, is how a person justifies their belief and how it impacts how they judge others. That, is where it gets entertaining.
Clearly you could care less as you continue to complain that some people think you are morally corrupt.
What is entertaining to me is that people like you are so concerned about Christians judging you.. and yet here you are, judging Christians.
Hypocrite much?

I deny Jesus as a savior of mankind, but I do think historically speaking, he was a real person. I find it extremely unlikely there is a God of any kind, even more unlikely a god that actually "loves" his creation and for some reason cares so much if people love him back. And to make it clear too, I don't believe in the devil either. I'm an honest and caring person, I've never done an "evil" thing my entire life. With that all said, would I go to hell?

I'm a bit confused about your message. You are asking if you would go to Hell ? If you don't believe in God and you dont believe in the devil then why would it matter where you go? In fact you should be thinking there is no Hell either. To be honest whether you believe or not God is still God. it sounds like you are confused. I would suggest you stop listening to others and find out for yourself if God exist or not. At the end of the day it would be better to believe he does exist and die and find out he doesn't than to not believe and find out he does. Do you know the Ten Commandments? The reason I ask is you say you have never done a evil thing in your life, why does it matter if you were evil or not. If God doesn't exist then there is no one to judge you. Also it's not Christianity that stops you going to hell it's Sin. If you don't know God you will continue to sin, as you don't have a conscience, true christians have a conscience therefore they don't sin. Hope you ok otherwise, this is not to upset you but I'm hoping you will think about your own soul and not what others believe. God bless x

Your very first line answers your question. You "deny that Jesus is Savior of mankind":

2 Timothy 2:12King James Version (KJV)
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us.

Seems pretty straight forward. However, it doesn't seem, to me, like you have to worry too much as, in your words, " it is extremely unlikely that there is a God". Therefore, it should, likewise, be extremely unlikely that there is a hell to worry about. Right?

So, eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die.

Now, if there is a God and there is a devil and the Bible is true......it matters little if you are a good person and did all kinds of great charity, or, even gave everything you had too the poor. This is due to the fact that we are all in the same hand basket, going to hell. The good, the bad, the ugly.....

Unless,...... UNLESS, your heart changes. That is the biggy. Your heart must change. It's your attitude. The attitude of submission to your creator. If you accept that you are a lowly sinner and want to change..... He will save you.

Until then, you are either doomed to stop existing the moment you die OR you are doomed to eternal torment for denying your one and only chance out of the hand basket.

Yes, I suppose the process leading up to it is somewhat systematic, insofar as it consists of a pattern of questions. But don't confuse the process with the outcome. Atheism is not a process.
An atheist may regard a set of conditions different to a theist, you are still aligning yourself with a system of belief; either you choose to accept or reject those parameters.

If you believe there is no God, you systematically look to prove said belief.

There is only one way to heaven, it is to Believe in The Lord Jesus Christ, repent from our sins and accept
Him as our Personal Saviour. We can't get there any other way no matter what New Age people may say we have to
go through that narrow gate to get there.

Here's the thing, think of the world as an MMORPG. Only you get to choose what your character is. You have that responsibility. The creator of that MMORPG has NO OBLIGATION to "save your character" to his hard drive. Especially a character who bad mouths Him or denies His existence. Most humans playing a "God game" would torture and kill a guy who denies his existence and puts up the middle finger at the player. Our God is very gracious and forgiving. If you created an MMORPG world full of decadent beings, and sent your only son into that world to die for the sins of that world, and many of them deny Him and prioritize their own temporary and pointless existences, it would be well within your rights to delete their characters or punish them.

Our world could of been a world of unimaginable chaos, murder, and destruction, but instead has been given the light of religion which has pacified human nature, which is the most destructive force on the planet. Humans and their greed, lust, envy, wrath, etc. often destroys countries, habitats, etc. If you have no religion, there is literally NO LOGICAL REASON that you don't steal that car you want if you can get away with it, or rape that girl you've always liked, or murder that person who upset you. Or to become a drug dealer and peddle suffering for profit. Or a pimp and abuse women for money... etc. etc. Even now television is glorifying such lifestyles, but only our "conscience" (an illogical thing) is what prevents the strong among us from embracing a Social Darwinist, strong crush the weak, sort of world.

There is no reason to not do "evil" things (indeed "evil" is a construct of religion to shame the evolutionary ideal of the strong who crush the weak) if you are atheist.
And if the reason you don't rob banks or rape women is because you fear the punishment of the government, I'd remind you the government is just a group of humans and exists ONLY because of religion. Humanity was mostly hunter-gatherer for tens of thousands of years until religions condemned parts of our "human nature" like murdering someone who angers you, raping the woman you want, and raiding the local farms to steal the food they grew. By condemning that, farmers weren't subject to the constant bandit raids, people settled down into this "civilization" construct, etc. But without that religious condemnation, there is no reason for us humans not to become bandits if we are strong enough. If you can't see how this relates to today, for example, there is no LOGICAL reason that the lone superpower U.S. doesn't act a bit more like Rome and seize world resources for it's own profit. Like use it's army to seize all of the Mideast Oil, kill whoever resists, etc. Yet no politician runs on a "let's colonize and conquer" platform... most of them are, or pretend to be, Christians who "abhor" the strong taking advantage of the weak...

If you understand science, you know you cannot get "something" from "nothing". Everything in the Universe is "energy" and that energy came from somewhere outside the Universe and outside of Time. Our universe at one point in time DID NOT EXIST, according to even atheist scientists. And then it did. In order for a universe of creation and destruction to exist, there has to be another universe/realm in which the LAWS of entropy, chaos, and death DO NOT EXIST! there HAS to be an external realm in which the laws of life and death, entropy and chaos, DO NOT EXIST. You get to choose what type of person you are in this world.

Choose carefully.
